Can subjective relative pronoun be omitted (as an ellipsis)?

And if it's "yes" , when do Americans omit the subjective relative ?

I need to know where i can go to get help on getting my 3 little boys Christmas this year.There in need of anything.Every place i go they tell me that there out of funds..Or i am to late..I have been to Salvation Army,Local Family services.Were eles is there to go?I just got to have faith for my kids sake.That everything will work out and they will have a very Merry Christmas.Answears and Prayers will be greatly appricated!!!Thank you

Seriously.... Why is it that ppl who are against religion know the bible so well?? i now that satan will know the bible and use it against us, because he used it against JESUS CHRIST. But it seems to me that the ppl that have faith mostly do not know the bible that well, yet the ppl who dont have the faith know the bible so well, why is that?? why cant the accept the bible and go out and teach it to others, why do they have to argue about the bible. they come up with questions about contraditions in the bible.


Maybe they need help finding the path to heaven, is that it??????

if you had wanted to believe you would have believed, but you didnt want to believe, therefore you didnt. i am educated, i do not follow blindly behind the bible, i dont agree with some of it, but i do allow room im my mind, that science isnt always right, nor is the bible, but when i read the bible or pray i feel a huge load lifted off of my shoulders. most of you who contradict the bible probably never knew that feeling. nor the feeling of comfort, your hearts where never open to the bible, yet GOD still gives you a chance and you turn your nose up at it!! WHY? what are you gaining?
