yeah, if a HUD home counts. Otherwise, in order to pay the mortgage or rent they have a dozen or so relatives living in one house.

my grandparents, my parents and all my uncles own their own homes . . . and im in the process of buying one myself and we're from latin decent

i dont know if 'most' of them do, but i know 'a lot' of them do
