You have to listen to your gut-feeling. I feel since it isn't an open-armed "YES", and you have to put it out here first, I would be inclined to not get involved so quickly with him. Make him prove himself to you. This process should take 1 year. Then take him back. You have a whole year to date him, and keep him at whatever distance you feel comfortable with.

Your heart will tell you what to do...Why did he leave you in the first place?You have to look at all options and if you really feel things are going to work out this time then go for it but if you are really having doubt then i wouldnt do it.so the questions is what dose my heart say?
