I am sorry that you are in pain. Sometimes life really sucks. It always helps to find a shoulder to cry on. Jesus will be there for you. He knows every pain that you are going through. He has been there and He is weeping with you.

I like to write in a journal, eat lots of healthy food, exercise, talk to supportive and inspiring friends, and meditate. Work through and release what you need to, and know that exciting, joy-filled days are just around the corner. good luck x

I pray, talk to good friends, and family, cry when needed, listen to praise music, (singing praises to the Lord often lifts burdens even in the midst of heavy trials), and read my Bible. Don't forget to fellowship with believers during this time. Church is very important!
