i'm sending cards to family and friends but i'm the one sending the cards so should i include my mother's name since i live with her? or do i include my mtoher's name only in the family section but not the friend section? cause not all my friends know my mother...thank you!

Is it true the Old Testament says God unleashed these terrible things upon Jacob - to prove to Satan that it was not Jacobs riches that made him love God.

I've been looking for a translation site to translate from English to Irish and back to English again, but so far I have not come across one, I am looking for one that you can just type into a box and pressing "Translate" or "Submit" I know of sites where I can translate Welsh and x amount of other languages, but I need one for Gaeilge (Gaelic) and it's bugging me because I've been searching endlessly and have yet to have found a site that does so. Help!..please..

I am having questions about my sexuality. Lately i have been strongly attracted to our drum major in band. We just became friends and i find myself strongly attracted to her. (She's really pretty.) i know for a fact that she is a lesbian. What should i do?

My whole house reeks of garlic and onions and spices. Yeah....i know its a nice smell but not at 9.00 in the morning!
Our clothes smell of it, the nice clean washing smells of it.
Ive tried all kinds of airfreshners, plug ins, spray.... but nothing works. I cant report them or say anything cuz their family will probably burn my house down.

Any suggestions?
And it is not possible for us to move...anyway, why should we....

Potentially, societies that have accepted strangers into their midst have adopted a mindset such that they are willing to accept not only strange cultures, possibly their ideas too. So multi-cultural societies might be readier to adopt new ideas.

On the other hand, there may be backlashes in some societies. Apparently, subgroups within the sometimes majority may feel threatened. And possibly the majority group in the society may feel that their way of life is superior, since obviously the immigrants admire it enough to move there.

Can you cite some examples of societies which support your hypothesis?

I am a Christian. I've never owned a slave. I try very hard to be kind to everyone I meet. I've never been on a 'Crusade'. I have never gone into someone's home and killed them 'for Christ'. A lot of people profess to be Christians and say they are doing things in Jesus' name, but the evidence of their actions indicates that they are NOT following Jesus. There are bad apples in every group - there are those who profess to love God but their actions prove that they don't even have an inkling of Who God is. I guess I just want to know why people think that Christians are the cause of all evil.
