Just curious...some of my friends have got a money bet on this question...and others just keep shakin their heads about it. One guy thinks they hang 'em up there so they'll blow around and knock any snow and ice off the lines -and then there's a couple who swear it's a straight up lie bein' told purely to make them look foolish...oh my? Help, please?! -thanks

I have in no way heard this however in my vicinity, the equal factor could occur, footwear could be held on mobile strains however i dont recognize why. In the Marine Corps, they throw footwear on their mobile strains to have a good time a retired character, I suppose.

i don't think thats what it is, but it could be. i have known it to be people who steal people shoes and then throw them up there.......

well my boyfriend just told me that is what it means so that shows how much i know.......learn something new everyday i guess
