the Torah? If he had really wanted to explain better Gods word to those who did not understand, why didn't he just do that? I think he was fooled by Satan that Gabriel came down, I think it was a fallen angel leading him away from God and forming a belief against God's word. Who agrees?

give thumbs down to an honest answer to a question

someone asked if there was a God and i gave a valid answer that there is no proof one way or another
that someone has to have their own personal proof
does this kind of answer merit some thumbs down ?

these thumbs down make no difference to me , but i am trying to understand what makes a person think someone is so wrong when they are simply presenting an arguement for both sides and remaining neutral on a question .. i see this so often ?

While in a public restroom, I've noticed that most other men do not wash their hands after going #1 or #2. This is repugnantly gross. Is it laziness? What if I have to shake their hand later. How many men walking around in public haven't washed their hands?

I'm a high school student and will graduate next year. I'm in a really stressful time right now. My parents and friends asked me what would i want to take in Uni...and i just felt blank. I love social sciences and biology, like travelling (especially in third world countries), i have a great interest in learning different cultures and studying animals, so i got these 2 different interests. However, my dad disagrees with me,,,he thinks if i take anthropology, i wouldn't be able to find work easily and it would be useless.
I prefer more to study majors in Humanities, Social sciences, and since 4 years ago, i have had an interest in psychology. But i don't really know how to put it all together...I was concerned with what kind of job in which field would i be in.
And i'm having a dillemma between BA and BS degrees, I'm afraid i will take the wrong one and will struggle to find any jobs/professions... My school counsellor doesn't do any help!
Any advice for me? Thanks.

I have tried making my friend understand why Islam is a good religion and why it means so much to me but it doesn't seem to make much difference. I have tried to explain my principles but to no avail. My friend is Athiest but the morals he holds are so much like the ones i believe in. Any advice?

Saudi court sentences rape victim to 90 lashes
A Saudi court has sentenced a gang rape victim to 90 lashes of the whip because she was alone in a car with a man to whom she was not married. The sentence was passed at the end of a trial in which the al- Qateef high criminal court convicted four Saudis convicted of the rape, sentencing them to prison terms and a total of 2,230 lashes.

The four, all married, were sentenced respectively to five years and 1,000 lashes, four years and 800 lashes, four years and 350 lashes, and one year and 80 lashes.

A fifth, married, man who was stated to have filmed the rape on his mobile phone still faces investigation. Two others alleged to have taken part in the rape evaded capture.

Saudi courts take marital status into account in sexual crimes. A male friend of the rape victim was also sentenced to 90 lashes for being alone with her in the car.

huch mobile says no outgoing calls and the reason is - submit verification (reason is ok but....)

this may be a big Scandal many people using the ph.
and calling the helpline which is not free.
now company is getting money frm both ways!

actually 1 month ago a man from company cames and collect my verification documents but they cut my phone (out going)
y this happens

i called them but they r saying submit the verification but i dont have enough time.

if they are thinking im not the right person (means not verify) why incoming calles are on? in that case both out going and incomming calls should be off is
