We all do get challenged when it come to being able to hold true to ourselves and be an example of who we are to others. Did you have a moment like that yesterday, or any other day that you would care to share
good morning everyone, and i wish you all well.

Remember that the negative feelings one has are as natural as the need for air and water. You have to allow some negativity in your life in order to feel the positive. Well it makes sense to me!lol
And good mornig to you!

I was cross yesterday and don't know why. I felt like slapping everyone's face that said anything around me. Then I inspected my negative feelings and realized it might be a physical thing of just not feeling well. So I made the effort to tell a stranger how sweet and lovely her baby was and I started feeling better. We all have those days!

I think we are attracted to the faith that helps us with whatever problem we may have. Anger is my big problem and Buddhism has helped me tame it.

yesterday and many more days, i after all am human and have human tendencies. i was discharged from the hospital yesterday and just as soon as i got home, my daughter did and said something that i didn't like. i had to remind myself that it was only the enemy and that i must let my faith be forever in control. today, my husband did something i disagreed with and again i had to call on my faith to the rescue. i think people that don't have spiritual faith don;t know what they're missing. after all the saying goes, you don't miss what you never had. of course being one in faith, i don't believe this. take the sick and starving people of the world, they never had medicines or food enough, but i'm sure they hope for more than what they have. faith, itself does not always keep us from being negative, but it let us know to let it go and turn things around if at all possible, if not it at least let us know that things do changes, that nothing remains the same. hurray--hurray for faith!!

Yesterday was a good day. I was on an upbeat and wasn't very negative at all.
There are days, however, that I have to remind myself all day long not to be negative and to look toward God.

I come up against challenges all the time and I have to stop and pray about things. Sometimes I run out of patience with people.
