Thru-out the Bible, Prophets speak of the Lord's Day, or the Day of the Lord, [same thing], which by all decrees is yet to happen. And for Pete's sakes, don't argue it means, Sunday; Grow up.
The writer of Revelation, [John] clearly affirms that he was.."in the spirit on the Lord's day....". Now, how many MATURE CHRISTAINS agree that the book of Revelation revels things that WILL happen yet future, given the fact that John was taken in spirit to the Lord's day and told to write things that are and things which shall be hereafter.
Let me help a bit; Joel 1:5 " Alas for the day of the Lord is at hand, and as destruction from the ALMIGHTY shall it come". Amos 5: 18 " Woe unto you that desire the day of the Lord! to what end is it for you?" Malachi 4:5 "Behold I will send Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the Lord".
Anyone that say's that all happened in the year 70 A. D.,must really get off the milk bottle and start eating meat.

In the bible in genisis it says that the lord God created man on Earth (along with other animals and stuff but to my point)the bible repeats itself.it says the Lord God created man then later on it says he created man a second time.So I know there is no real answer(the Lord probably didn't want us to know)but why the second time?

I am hosting a Bridal Shower for my Sister, at a restaurant. I am providing dessert and party favors etc. but I am not sure about how the bill for the main course should go. Am i expected to pay for everyone elses food. Is it tacky to ask or even expect the guests to pay for their own meals.

Hi i'm interested in greek myth and i'm curious about the myth story of pandora's box.

I only know some curious princess opened the pandora's box 1 faithful day and let out all diseases and natural disasters but also let out "hope" in the last moment.
Is the story of pandora's box goes that way?

Jesus’ prophecy in John 13:38 ("The cock shall not crow, till thou [Peter] hast denied me three times") seems incorrect. Mark 14:66-68 shows the cock crowed after the first denial, not the third.
