This is not a criticism at all. I'm interested to hear views from both sides of the coin. A fully veiled woman in Saudi Arabia is not allowed to work, let alone walk in the streets unescorted by a man. According to the Arabs, this is discouraged in Islam. So why is it that a British Muslim woman is insisting to wear a full veil and work in the UK? Why does she think Britain is infringing her civil liberties? Is she not adhering to a more rigid form of Islamic thinking? Please I am not inviting anyone to attack the religion. I would like to hear views from Muslims as well as non-Muslims. 10 points for the most well thought-out answer!

Just worked out that yesterday I only spent about 45 minutes of my 8 hour shift actually working. Not a lot I can do about it because it's the kind of job where the work finds me, rather than the other day round.

At least the 3 major monotheistic religions prohibit murder (I don't know if that's an exception in Islam during Jihad), so how is it that they justify it? It is in fact murder any way you want to get around it.

Two parts to this question.
That yellow stuff that's in your eyes when you wake up every now and then. What is it, and how does it get there? I've heard it termed 'sleep'.
Secondly, what *is* sleep? As subconsciousness, I mean, and why do we need it?

Firstly, I'm not gay.

That said, it bothers me how one only has so many pockets (even with cargo pants) whilst one has so much to carry. Things that won't fit in pockets but -will- fit in a handbag. The alternative is carrying around a backpack but that's unwieldy and cumbersome. Why isn't there some middle ground? And if there is, please, I beseech you, elucidate it.

I know people that use so much profanity that they exclude using substantial, or even coherent, language altogether. Do you think there should be a limit to using expletives? Is it "cool"? Is it okay for some people to do it? Where was the most inappropriate place in which you heard someone curse?

i have been told that in Dutch it is something like Tieringsleijer (sic) which means someone suffering from consumption or Kutwijf literally c**twife meaning b*tch.
In German I was told arschgefichtessiebmonatenkind which means someone who takes unborn babies up the gary glitter..

Can anyone corroborate these, and tell me the worst in other languages - I have looked at insultmonger.com but it doesn't tell me which one is regarded as the worst.......

I recently went to New York for a holiday and encountered lots of Jewish men walking around in their traditional dress.
What were the flowers they carried around with them? They had really long things (i think were flowers).
Also what is the deal with the tassles that hang down from the side of their shirts?

I am not critisicing Jewish people! I just want to understand.

In my postings I compare/contrast how evolutionists/creationists interpret data. Evolutionists constantly make assumptions to support their absurd theory. I used their own words, from evolutionists themselves, to discredit their theory.

By the way, Hitler did use the theory of evolution to advance his agenda for a "supreme race". Britannica proves it and referred to it as "social-Darwinism". THESE ARE THE FACTS. These are my findings from "authoritative sources" on Evolution. When they get the truth in their face they look like they got a wedgie in their panties. Thanks for all the fun you all have provided.
