Not our choice

What a vague question.

We're born, rather than hatching from eggs, because we're placental mammals and our ancestors happened to develop the feature because we are kept in a much safer position inside the body of our mother than we would be if we were left lying around in an egg. And that period of development IS needed because at that early stage in our lives, the genetic coding that separates us from our amphibious ancestors is still being processed and until the point where we are born / hatch, we still need to exist in a liquid medium.... or we dry out and die. You'll notice thats why young babies are so at home in the water...

As for why we as individuals come into being in the first place: Because parents have sex and make babies... its what they do. Its what all animals do. Its one of those processes that self-repeats because it is inherantly self-encouraging: Doing it allows it to be done more.

Honestly though... as for why we're here full stop... There is no reason. There is no "why". Its just causality. We just -are- here, and thats all there is to it. No divine intervention, no higher purpose, none of that crap. Existence has randomly transpired to dump us here, out of the trillions, quadrillions and quinrillions of possibilities out there... this is the one that has happened... and thats all there is to it.

We are born as humans so that we can reach God. But just being a homo sapiens sapiens doesn't mean youll reach God when you die. You'll have to make an endeavor.

You got it!
Proverbs 25:2 It is the glory of God to conceal a thing: but the honour of kings is to search out a matter.
James 1:3 Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience.

You cannot understand the answer until you understand the question. It is a long journey one must take before one understands the question “Why are we born?”

Consider asking the following question first:

Why is there religion?

IT IS A TEST FROM ALLAH!
if u lived 60 70 80 years old or more,it is not long enough for your pay back later.
it is heaven.heaven don't have an ending.
80 yrs old make no sense for a happy ending.

doesnt matter why we are born, but what matters is what will we give this world before we leave it and go back to God. what answer will we give when God will ask us -- what have you done for my Creation?. thats where the real test lies.

Yes, of course. That is why you were born. We all have a purpose, it is just if you stay on the right track.
