You don't believe in most of the estimated 5000 gods invented by man so far. You believe in only one or a few, right? Why not drop that last irrational belief too and join the atheists in reality? Come on, try it!

Heh. They're just being silly. I believe in them all. I just choose to only worship a few of them, as is my right and as I've been called by those same dieties. So those monotheists are just in denial, really. It's like that old joke...

A man arrives at the gates of heaven. St. Peter asks, "Religion?"

The man says, "Methodist."

St. Peter looks down his list, and says, "Go to room 24, but be very quiet as you pass room 8."

Another man arrives at the gates of heaven.

"Religion?"

"Baptist."

"Go to room 18, but be very quiet as you pass room 8."

A third man arrives at the gates.

"Religion?"

"Jewish."

"Go to room 11, but be very quiet as you pass room 8."

The man says, "I can understand there being different rooms for different religions, but why must I be quiet when I pass room 8?"

St. Peter tells him, "Well the Catholics are in room 8, and they think they're the only ones here."

If there were 5000 imginary gods, then there would be also 6 billion imaginary gods in 6 billion human minds. Those gods have no life, no power, no meaning. The atheists may worship these gods whom they call big bang, evolution, gravity, money, market economy, capitalism, materialism, celebrities, kings in various social fields or their own selves...
The One True God, worshipped by millions of followers of various monotheistic religions, is without peers or partners. He is the Creator and Sustainer of all worlds and creatures visible and invisible. Despite all opposition and persecution, His divine Messengers won final triumph and raised mankind up to an ever-advancing civilization. All these great things have been recorded in the Holy Books which are now available on the Internet for all mankind to refer to.

The judicial device ahs no longer something to do with God. And we don't have self assurance in God becasue we don't decide to be held in charge, this is as a results of fact we don't have self assurance. And if God had any say in the judicial device, why are all of those rapists and murderers getting out of penal complex just to do it back??

If all gods were equal and on a par whith one another, then I suppose your question might be true... But Ha! Therein lies the rub! The true Supreme God of the universe, whose name is JAH is far and above all others that are called gods, so to believe in Him and Him alone, negating the others, is the only true way to be a non-athiest. So the answer to your question is no. (But nice humourous insight!)

Most "believers" will also not believe that their prayers will be answered. They also don't believe that God will protect them from harm, which is why they have insurance. How far are they from giving it up completely?
