I don't see why not. He couldn't be any worse than some of the potential candidates.

Might be fun but it's also illegal now. Snoopy and Archie Bunker both got a whale of a lot of votes; it was then made illegal to run a fictional character for office.
Of course, I think it would've been a better idea to give us better real candidates so no one would WANT Snoopy for a leader, but that's just my opinion.
