All these religions are based on Christianity, but
what makes each one significantly different from each other? And if the basis is the same for all of them.... why are thousands of people fighting and killing each other in the name of Christianity? I just don't understand.

Assuming that you answered yes...then why do you not recognize the hard work done by scientists over the years to understand the universe around us? You indulge in the the benefits of their labor, but when you're told of the details, you shut your eyes, cover your ears, and don't want to even try to understand what they've discovered. You go to the doctor, take medicines, and undergo treatments for your various ills, happy to do what it takes to feel better, all the while ignorant of the fact that most modern medicine is influenced by the truth of evolution. If not for our understanding of evolution, many of us would not be alive.

And by the way, figuring all this out wasn't easy! Countless scientists have studied, exerimented, test, sacrificed, died, and have been persecuted unmercifully to find this information. The knowledge of which has probably already saved your life.

Science is hard work

Faith is the path of least resistance.

I have worked in retail for many years and want to hear a "customers" explaination: Why is it okay for the customer to throw/place their money, coins, credit card on the counter when paying, but if I do it, I'm being rude or discriminating against them? Whenever I train new cashiers at my (thank goodness part-time) job, I tell them to hand the change or cc and receipt to the customer, no matter how rude or nasty they maybe.

I posted two questions about a real situation that I had yesterday and in one the atheists were obligating me to stop the man from electrocuting himself and in the other they changed 180 and said don't tell them when they are going to hell...I tried to warn the man and he wouldn't listen, but I did my duty. I also say that I have a similar duty to warn the atheist, not beat him over the head, but warn him. What do you say.
Is this inconsistant or not??

Yeehawansausa (Pronounced "Yee-Haw- An-Sa-Use-A")The God of Points .

He lived on the Olympus and was a distant cousin of Zeus. He sat all day and tried to get the most points. He was worshipped by many buy shunned by some because of his pointless behaviour.

Later he met with Hercules, son of Zeus, and fought with him on Mount Olympus(Hercules accused him of being a "bum god") for 7 days. Hercules used god strength to throw huge stones at him. The God of Points used his points to fight but couldn't because the points were not of any use and can never be used to do anything. However, the fight lasted 7 days because the God of Points was also known for his unsurpassable godly endurance. The result was tragic- God of Points was on his knees and offered Hercules some points in return for letting him go, but it made Hercules even more furious and the points were untransferable as the law was set by the Yeehaw god family.

The result was tragic- God of Points lost.
