OK... Here's the best answer, Dudes... It depends on what you need, what you want and what you have.
If you have money, want comfortable climates and need little to no financial infusion or fancy accommodations, I highly recommend the Philippines. You can live like a king, surrounded by intelligent as well as loyal domestic help and interesting, fun friends as a bonus. Everything you could possibly need and LESS. If you're a single guy..., the limit is the sky.
On the other hand... If you still need to earn a living and require employment, you would benefit more from residing in the land of equal-opportunity, proud-patriotism, safety & security... Naturally, I'm referring to the U.S.A.
Wherever you decide to reside..., I agree that a Japanese diet should be applied. ;)

Uganda, the pearl of Africa. There is no winter or summer. You enjoy the sunshine all year round. Every month is a season. The equator passes though Uganda and the biggest lake in the world-Lake Victoria is in Uganda

definetly Scotland,, i have travelled all over the world and you can not do any better than visit scotland,
the people are very friendly,the scenery is unbelievable, the food is terrific, the whisky is brilliant, the weather is unpredictable but thats kind of nice,
the only negative side to Scotland is that they put England next door to it
