Assuming that you answered yes...then why do you not recognize the hard work done by scientists over the years to understand the universe around us? You indulge in the the benefits of their labor, but when you're told of the details, you shut your eyes, cover your ears, and don't want to even try to understand what they've discovered. You go to the doctor, take medicines, and undergo treatments for your various ills, happy to do what it takes to feel better, all the while ignorant of the fact that most modern medicine is influenced by the truth of evolution. If not for our understanding of evolution, many of us would not be alive.

And by the way, figuring all this out wasn't easy! Countless scientists have studied, exerimented, test, sacrificed, died, and have been persecuted unmercifully to find this information. The knowledge of which has probably already saved your life.

Science is hard work

Faith is the path of least resistance.

My friend, faith is not the path of least resistance...it is the hardest way to live your life. Why, with your evolutionists rhetoric, you "fit-in" with the rest of the world...that’s easy to do. Christians do not care about fitting in with the crowd; we only care about doing things the Godly way, not the popular way. Yes, we make mistakes everyday, we take our medicine (after all, medicine and all its knowledge is given to us by the Lord) and we do the best we can, to include praying for those who still need to be saved…souls like yours.

Your efforts to justify your thinking are wasted energy! Everyone here was able to figure you out right away (just read all the comments above). This is a Christian nation, founded in Christianity by Christian people, not evolutionists.

Your stats (click in your icon and just count) reveal 184 answers and 7 questions. This is because you, like the scientists, know a whole lot and the rest of the world need to hear your explanations of how things work and why. In fact, you are so obsessed with providing the world with answers that you seem too busy to just...listen. Instead of demonstrating your angry outlook against the Christ who gave his life for you and me, try to understand that scientists have not discovered anything...it was already there to begin with.

All that "hard work" you mention should be channeled into finding ways to help the needy and to find ways to love your neighbor more effectively, for these are the things that make the Lord smile. I won't even go into the kinds of questions you are asking people (just click on your icon to find out)...whether a teen or an adult (or a teen-like adult), I will still pray for you tonight when I talk with our Lord! He will judge the unbelievers, not me.

No, hard work does not lead to good things. You cannot be saved by your work alone. You are saved because Jesus died in the cross and the moment you believe that, a good thing happens to you…you are saved. That’s the only thing that matters!

God bless you!

not hard work; but I believe in kharma! Treat others as you would want to be treated yourself. What type of person you are is the type of people who you will attract (emotionally not physically).
