The Bible says not to for alot of reasons. I AM AT FAULT FOR THIS TOO! But, I read this book. it doesn't just talk about all of God's rules because people are sick of hearing about that. It goes into why he made that rule. One thing it says is that when a women has sex before marriage....every person she does so with has a piece of her. It gives an example of tape. When you stick it once,,,you can still use it again,,,,stick it twice,,,its a little harder to stick to something else...on and on. eventually it doesn't stick anymore. It leaves you emotionally drained for your husband. There are a lot of good examples that really open your eyes to this in the book. BELIEVE ME YOU ARE NOT THE ONLY ONE STRUGGLING WITH THIS!!!! ME TOO GIRL!!! Even if you decide you do want to have premarital sex, it won't hurt to read this book. I am still trying to make my big decision if I want to stop or not, but this book gave a lot of great things besides rules to me.

umm...as far as i can say...i dont think so...but actually it depends on who u are and what values you have... if you need to be in a physical relationship and yet don't want the extra strings which come with a relationship then sex before marriage or a relationship is ok...but if you believe sex is a holy incarnation of a relationship(marriage)... then sex before marriage isn't good... yyou see it's all in the mind... In case you believe that you have met the guy or girl u want to marry... then it's perfectly alrite to have sex... but you should not regret this later in case u break off... coz this might...(i'm sorry about the pessimism) happen when you're married too and later get divorced...

yes, it is wrong. In the Bible, the 8th commandment states:
"You shall not commit adultery."
That's from Exodus 20:14 if you want to get ahold of a Bible and read it for yourself.
The reason God gave that commandment was for our protection. What if someone has sex outside of marriage and then she gets pregnant. She can either chose abortion (which is murder) or she can let the kid live. But then, that poor kid is going to have a tough life going back and forth and trying to life a normal life. Also AIDS, broken hearts, and all those other sad things come from having sex out of marriage. God invented sex, but He made rules for our protection.
I hope this helps and answers your question!

YES! It is completely wrong. Not only will there be so many problems after you do, but, it says in the Bible that sex before marriage (no matter how old you are) is wrong!

According to the Bible, yes. However, we have all sinned, Christ died for our sins, and we can be forgiven our sins because of that. Doesn't mean we have to keep on sinning, though!
There are no Biblical reasons for having sex before marriage. Almost always turns out bad. If you want to submit to animal desires, then yeah, the animals don't care, rutt it out.
You must pray and figure out the answer for yourself in the end, as all have different views, even though it's a very black and white question.
Another good reason not to: it can kill you these days. Yeah. That's a pretty good reason.

It depends on what your set of values are and what your religious beliefs are. If you are Christian, Jewish, or Muslim, you may believe that it is wrong to have sex before marriage, because that's what those religions teach.
Personally, though, I see nothing wrong with it, especially if you use protection. And not only that, but I don't plan to get married, anyway, and I sure as hell don't have any plans to be celibate!

It all depends on your personal values and ethics. Many people feel as though if you feel "it"(meaning a connection) with someone, it's ok as long as you are sure you want to do it. Look at it this way- Do you relly think you're going to find a virgin guy to marry. It's possible, but not likely. Your hubby wont treat you differntly b/c you had pre marital sex. JUST MAKE SURE YOU'RE SAFE. ANYONE can have ANYTHING. SAFE SEX IS A MUST.

Most religions say yes. They want you to be monogamous with just one person to share your body with your one true love. However, to me it is a personal decision, because even though your creator (whomever you believe in) gave you your body it is still yours. I have the utmost respect for people that are able to stay virginal until marriage and I would never try to talk someone out of their beliefs. I have made my own decision though and am happy to say that I can live with my decision. I believe that I was given life to experience all feelings and sensations and I can live with the decisions that I have made. The real question though is can you deal with your own decisions because this is one that truly can not be taken back.

I think it is wrong. Shouldn't you share your most sacred with someone that you know for sure you love. Because once you sleep with someone, you are giving them a part of you that you won't be able to take back. And then in the future when you find that SOMEONE that is your real love it won't be the same as if you've saved yourself only for him!
Plus, sex isn't that pleasant for a woman as it is for a man. There is nothing to rush into it for!!!
