People who have never seen Christ truly love Him and believe in Him, and their hearts are filled with unspeakable love.

The chief attribute of the Father and Son is love, to love One Another, and to love us. And this should be the goal of man, to love one another, and to love God.

God said that the one who keeps my commandments is the one who loves me. Love is not just a happy feeling, but it is an action. It is doing the will of God. In the Christian life, the love of Christ is everything. And the love of Christ will flow from Him, through us, to others.

Great love results in great faith, the faith of His love towards us. Faith that His love is in our hearts.

So those of you who do love Jesue, tell me why you love Him.

Does any one know why the Italian and Mexican flag are a little similar? Is it something to do with historical significance or just coincidental that both flags look similar (accept for the eagle, snake and cactus in the middle of the Mexican flag)?

Let's imagine that fossil fuels were going to run out. Soon mechanized agriculture will no longer be carried on because there will be no fuel for tractors or harvesters, no artificial fertilizer, no pesticides. Further, there will be no way to transport the reduced harvest from the rural farmland to the cities. The experts calculate that only five percent of humanity can survive; everyone else will starve and die. There's still some time to build survivalist communities, able to endure the die-off period, and afterward re-establish some sort of civilized living once the population size is again in balance with the food supply. The question is: who should survive? Why? What makes some more worthy than others? When quantity must go, shouldn't quality, at least, be saved? If so, which qualities should top the list of those targeted for salvation? By what standards do you grade the "survival candidates" for the more highly valued qualities?

I recently posted an answer and was promptly informed that Jehovah's Witness' aren't Christians. This makes me wonder as to how different denominations define a Christian.
Please state you denomination in the answer... if you aren't comfortable with that I understand. Although not a Christian myself I can assure you that I have no intention of mocking you.

My husband ran around on me all the time and he done drugs behind my back. He once hit on my sister and showed his privates to her out of our door. After 3 yrs. of hell on earth, I made him leave. Even after 8 yrs. & I have a wonderful man of God now that I am married too, I still wonder if God has really forgiven me for this.

yes I do wear tighter and lower jeans, and shorter (up to the butt cheek) and tighter shorts than most of the rest of you women...But I just want you to know that does not make me think I am better than you because I can get away with it, and most of you can't...

And, the nickname, tinatightpants...was given to me by some guys long ago, so I continue to go by it...I did not give it too myself..

So relax...just cuz I can get away with what most of you cannot, does not make me think I am better or sexier than most...

A typical Christian- Who made the world? My mom said God did it so, it must be true. I can't think of anything else.

A typical Atheist -Who made the world? My mom said God did it but where is the evidence? What if someone's lying?

A typical Christian-If I believe that god exist and he doesn't, I have nothing to lose but if I believe he doesn't exist and he does, I might go to hell so, I would just believe to stay on the safe side.

A typical Atheist-If I dont believe god exist, they claim I will go to hell but what if hell doesn't even exist? Are they trying to control me with fear? Now i'm even more suspicious. I'm a good person so if god does exist and is sending good people to hell, he's evil himself and can't be trusted.

A typical Christian-How could atheists look at this wonderful perfect world and dont think that god made it?

A typical Atheist-Christians must be delusional to actually believe that there's an invisible man in the sky causing hurricanes

Let me begin by saying I am not racist. Why do African Americans and other races say degrading things about white people on national television and get away with it? They are not called racists nor are they on CNN the next day being called out. If a white person made fun of a African American person on the MTV movie awards they would be torn to shreds by the public. I do not that in todays society that something like that should be acceptable.

Let me tell you what is great. Big thank you for all of your help with all of my questions, if you have answered one. But the thing that I love is when I do ask the hard questions, about religion, I get mostly Christian answers telling me what the Bible says, and that it is infallable, and right, and I must believe, or go to hell. But all the answerers that are Muslim are the best. The people of the Muslim faith answer the question, and don't try to convert people. They simply provide pertinent info to the question, and give sources, and tell me to seek what is right for me. A long far cry from the Christian zealots who take every chance they can to tell me why I am going to hell for not believing like them, and how I will get there. So big props to all the Muslims on this sight, and I have to say, this is the best approach you could have to helping people with their religious choices.

I'm a Christian but I have always been confused about this. If your body stays in the grave until Jesus returns, how would you know your family members when you get to Heaven? Would you be able to see their faces of would Jesus just tell you who they are. Have you ever wondered about this? My mother is waiting for me and I don't know how I am going to tell who she is.

They got a ***** sheddin tears, reminiscin on my past fears, cause **** was hectic for me last year. It appears that I've been marked for death, my heartless breath. The underlying cause of my arrest, my life is stressed & no rest forever weary, my eyes stay teary for all the brothers that are burie d in the cemetery. **** is scary, how black on black crime legendary. But at times unnessecary, I'm gettin worried. Teardrops and closed caskets, the three strikes law is drastic & certain death for us ghetto bastards. What can we do when we're arrested, but open fire?! Life in the pen ain't for me, cause I'd rather die!! But don't cry through your despair. I wonder if the Lord still cares, for us ****** on welfare & who cares if we survive. The only time they notice a ***** is when he's clutchin on a four-five. My neighborhood ain't the same.
