One can only be seen as a LEADER if you have followers. Yes, there is something wrong with the leaders today, because the followers have selected them to lead. I was absolutely blown away when more than 50% of Americans voted to have George Bush AGAIN as leader, after being lied to in order to go to war and invade a foreign country. To the rest of the world, we are asking: What is wrong with so many followers? Are they blinded by fear for the unknown? Are they just choosing to live in ignorance and arrogance? Or, are they honestly believing there is something wrong with the leaders that they CHOOSE?

I am quite sure I generalise and that there are good Republican and Democratic leaders as well. But, I wish people would realise what they are saying when they cast their vote to support 'wrong' leaders.

I've long felt that when someone is elected to office, whether at the local level or national level, something is triggered in their minds that makes them think they are truly above everyone else, and that they are empowered to do anything they choose, because the electorate supports them. There's a certain distortion of duty that invades their thinking, and it only gets worse and more entrenched the higher up they go. Which is wh (I believe) that when one is arrested or indicted or otherwise caught at something, they cannot step down. They cannot surrender the feeling of royalty they have, and have to be torn down and forced out. What's wrong with our leaders today is that they have forgotten how to lead and when they do lead, it's some trivial easy to do thing, that doesn't really make life any better for the masses.

Leaders really are a reflection of the society they lead. To become leaders they have to abide by a certain set of rules that gets them elected. In a very real sense we get the leaders we ask for, so if you feel there is something wrong with them, look to what society asks of them to get where they are.

Nothing.
It is, what is wrong with the people in this Country (complainers).
We have Great Leadership and a Goal.
People today do not appreciate the Country we have.
Thank GOD we live here and have Responsible Leadership!

I Thank GOD daily that my children and I were not born in one of the HORRIBLE Countries we see and hear about on the News.

There is no WAR on our shores at this moment but that could change at any minute without Awesome Leaders.

What is wrong with our leaders today? Well what is wrong is that we are letting them lead us. That and our leaders serve an evil cause and are more related to the Nazis than we might think. I bet with a little research on this you'll find the ties our leaders have with those Nazis. George Bush's great grandfather I think, might be just grandfather , has ties to Skull and Bones and contributed to the Nazi cause. Yes it is true.

Some believe they have absolute knowledge with no test in certainty. They are arrogant, some are racist, and too many are corrupt. Some are in politics for personal gain. Most have lost sight of the goals and ideals of the Founding Fathers, so America today is not the country that was created by the Constitution/Declaration of Independence.

The leaders nowadays are not interested in what is in the best interest of their country, but what's in the best interest of their pocketbook.

Leaders should be elected based on what they will do for our country, not how much they can spend in the advertisements to make sure they have the majority on hot button issues.

Corrupt leaders replace former corrupt leaders. By corrupt I mean they have been brought up spoiled and don't know what is good for the common people.

I think that our leaders have lost their minds. They don't think about the people, only their greedy selves. What happened to our Christian leaders? I thought that we had one but now I wonder.

our leaders are too divided, all think they are right and won't compromise with each other. remember the saying a house devided will not stand. our leaders can't see this or don't want to see it.
