bm stands for bowel movement, and that means excretion from the posterior, or in more colloquial terms, "pooping." that was somewhat disturbing; anyway, you wanted to know. the hero strikes again!

its' the society's discrete way of saying bowel movement in public places, without them saying they have to go to the restroom to do the number #2, or go sit on the toilet.
