I am relatively young kid Guyanese (Caribbean) kid born in NY i want to become a pilot but i look very middle eastern. Every Flight school east coast has had to perform 50 background checks before they even considered me i just want to know if you think things will get back to normal where America is once again equal.

I work at a smoothie shop. While I was on a break, I observed a skinny man who works at a neighborhood chain restaurant order a smoothie with a "fat buster" diet pill.

I stared in shock for a few minutes, then also thought of Katherine McPhee's "admission" that she was suffering from Bulimia, and wondered what the hell is wrong with people? Even worse, I keep wondering why people think consuming a diet pill or whey protein will magically help them?

Or do you just think it's wildly hilarious and get a kick out of seeing these crazy people do this when they obviously could use more weight?

I just read a question that asked what is the one cool thing that makes you you? And someone said that she was the mommy of 3beautiful kids.Maybe what makes her, her is her cool laugh or pretty blond hair or funny toes. We are all special in some way before we are wives or mothers. We have all of these cool thing so we can be wives and mothers, not the other way around, right? My granddad told me once that you have to be a person, before you can raise a person, and I have lived by that.
Does anyons else think that it is wrong for women to only value themselves by the fact that they are a wife and mother?
I am a wife and mother of 2 beautiful son's, a beautiful daughter-in-law, and girlfriend-in-law, and Noni to two of the most beautiful grandkids on the planet.

Here int he town of La Barca Mexico one of our local nuns has a wild and fast azs. Her pastor wants her azs for being wild but mostly for being fast. She wants $10.00 for it... The pastor wants it free and promised payment ($10.00) only after proven fast and profitable... He plans to he her asz into the local races...only if it wins will he pay her. I have my own beliefs why people are subject to such disasters. It's science. It's random. It is the process of evolution, and some people live in places where disaster strikes. You wouldn't build a house on an active volcano would you? When that volcano erupts and destroys your village, would you say that that happened because you are sinners?

I'm just very curious as to why people believe such sensational nonsense. What drives people to surmise the reasons for a disaster to be solely the hand of the Lord?

Tell us explain to us why you got to make excuses for whats in your precious bible? The quote about killing unbelievers is right there clear and crystal in there and you give these garbage excuses like it was in the old testament? So what? Its still the bible and its still supposably inspired by "god". Are you saying that your "god" made a mistake in creating the old testament? I thought he was perfect? What do you have to say for yourself? You think you can get one over on me with the bull answers such as "oh it was just a coma fantasy, it was just a metaphor it didnt really instruct to kill". I get really sick of all the homophobic protest the gays chant about. They are always crying equal right, but they talk about other people like they are dogs. I know A LOT of gay men,( I own a theater in the southern district) All they do is talk about others. They make fun of the special Olympic children I invite to matinee shows, they make fun of every person who is fat, they mock and taunt the winenos who congregate in the parking lot. They are down right crule to the old toothless janitor who cleans the dressing & green rooms. (he does a great job I might add). They treat the ushers & ticket sales reps, (older very bright women) like they are dogs. They are just down right nasty...but 10 minutes later they are screaming equal rights. I try to be a good employer, and hate to fire them because of I'm sure I'll be slapped with an EEO lawsuit. I just can't take it any more. Why the double standard?
