We do have free will, but all in all God knows everything. We have free will because he's not trying to change us (Or is he?)...

Basing my answer of your question on the Bible I understand it teaches the following:
1. God certainly knows all BECAUSE he has planned all. If he has not planned it, it could not exist for how could it? His knowledge is based upon his plan. Just like building a house. A builder knows what the house will be because of his plans.
2. God the father chooses before anyone is created those who will go to heaven.
3. The Father gives these "eletc" to the son, Jesus Christ.
4. The Son accepts these given to him by the father and he dies for them and saves them. None of those the father has given him and he has died for will be lost, all will go to heaven.
5. The Holy Spirit applies to each e;ect individual the work that Christ has accomplished so at the proper time they respond to the gospel.
See John 6:35-59 as an example
Those the father does not choose for eternal life get what they deserve and want, eternal separation from God now and in the future. Everyone deserves judgment for sin but God out of his own good pleasure has mercy on some, thought they do not deserve it. Others He gives justice.

God knows, thats why he sent his son to show and tell us how to better the odds. Just because God knows doesn't mean we know so how can we not have free will? Look at it this way, Jesus said that there were some among his group that would see the anti-christ. Did he mean that some would live till now, or did he mean were all left behind?

Yes. He knows, because the whole trip about going to hell is BS, invented by a church whose sole missioin was to scare people back in the days of kings and queens, so that nobody would question the greedy things the church and government did.
God DOES NOT go through the terrible two's and punish people just because they picked out the "wrong" doctrine. That whole logic is based on stupidity.
