When at work,why does time go slower when you watch the clock?

Time does't go slower, it is always at a constant speed. It just seems slower because you're not doing anything. If you were doing something instead of watching the clock, it would not seem as slow.

time is always slower when you watch the clock, if you distract yourself with something else, time goes a lot faster.
