How often do you go into town or to the cinema with your friends.
And do you ever get scared when go far from home for a long time with you r friends, even if you are with your friends but because you dont know the place very well?

Global warming is a big problem, i saw an inconvenient truth, and i realize a lot of people like George Bush feel that a exxon mobile workers job and the current energyburning economy is by far more important the the entire stableness of the planet. What do you think? I dont want any stupid answers like stephen colbert always satirely says. You be fine but the polar bears drowning arent, the people flooding arent, while the people with droughts arent eiher.

Which American values are implicated in the crisis posed by global warming, and to what extent, if at all, must these values be adapted or abandoned in order to address the problem?
Something that really stands out to me is our individualistic and materialistic culture, and how concerned we are with appearances, and the notion of "bigger is better". What do you think?

I see some of my friend's kids they are kinda spoiled. I just wonder why they don't hit to discipline them and train how to be an obedient. In asia if the kids are likely stubborn or seemingly learning bad behaviours the parents would hit them, not s everely but it would also hurt the kid. Do you think hitting is a good way to discipline chidlren?

some people are so easily influenced by what others think they should do? I've known many people who will do what others say regardless of if they know it's stupid or if they don't want to, I've but I don't do stuff unless I want to. I've also known people who do a little of both. Does anyone know why people differ so much in this way?
