Micro Sociology would be like an episode of "Cartmen's life" (South Park) while Macro Sociology would study the South Park community as a whole (instead of focusing on Cartmen's fatt butt).

Many arguments are won and lost by word confusion. It is very important to define what you mean when you say the word evolution. I find it is rare to find an evolutionist that can clearly define what they mean. The following is a way to break down the various parts of evolution: 1 Cosmic evolution is the origin of time, space, and matter, i.e. the big bang 2 Chemical evolution is the origin of higher elements from hydrogen 3 Stellar and Planatary evolution is the origin of stars and planets. 4 Organic evolution is the origin of life 5 Macro evolution is the changing from one kind into another 6 Micro Evolution is the variations within kinds. The first 5 parts are simply RELIGIOUS BELIEF'S because there is NO hard scientific evidence for them, only speculation, assumptions, and beliefs. The 6th one, Micro Evolution is something that is definitely scientifically proven without doubt. It is observable, repeatable, and happens. Creationists will not argue that "Speciation" happens, so to say creationists can or cannot manipulate the word theory is a moot argument when you clearly define what you are talking about. You can play games with words, such as defining kind, etc., but the bottom line is that most of the evolutionary ideas are simply RELIGIOUS BELIEF'S, nothing more. To argue over laws or theories is truly ridiculous. The law of gravity cannot really be defined if you consider that gravity is not something we truly know what it is. We can observe it's results and have ideas what it is, but no one can absolutely declare what gravity is. Without specific proof that evolution happens beyond speciation, one cannot call that science, it is a religious belief. Creationists can point to many things in the bible and show proof it happened, but it is still called a religious belief. So when proof can be shown regarding a religious belief, should we now call it scientific? Vaccinations are NOT proof of any evolution or have anything to do with evolution. World Health Statistics Annual looks at stats around the world and they figure out what is working and what isn't working. A steady decline in infectious illnesses in most of all big countries regardless of the total number of vaccines administered. It was their conclusion that the diseases disappeared because of improved sanitation, improved personal hygiene, and better nutrition. In addition, for diseases where there were no vaccines for those diseases, there was decline for those as well. Scarlet fever and typhoid were two examples given. From 1850 to 1940 diseases had declined by 90% and ran an all time low when we began to introduce vaccines. This means that vaccines really can't take credit for eradicating illnesses. "The sociology of Health and Illness" study. 5th edition of John & Sonia McKinley. They studied all the infectious illnesses around the country. The looked at the impact modern medicine had on all infectious diseases. "It is estimated that at most 3.5% of the total decline in mortality since 1900's could be ascribed to medical measures introduced for the diseases considered." So far, this study was so thorough that no one will step forward and debate it! ! ! Why, because they can't disprove it. Will your medical doctor tell you about this study? Lol. The study goes on to say "furthermore that medical measures were introduced several decades after marked decline had already set in having no detectable influences in most instances." So when you say "Evolution is supersolid." How are you defining evolution? Do you see the problem with just saying the word evolution without clearly defining it? You can't. So to answer your question without "tricking ppl," a clear definition is required. EDIT: "David D" You actually believe there are 100 million pieces of information proving evolution? Really? Show us all here just ONE piece of those 100 million that proves one genus became another genus. Just one. I believe we would all like to see that. Then explain what energy source caused the big bang. Then show us just ONE piece of evidence that life began from a non living source. Just one. You have been indoctrinated sir and need to get an education. Other than speciation that I think we can all agree happens and is backed by good science, give us the details on how you know that the earth is 4.6 billion years old, other than some fossil remains that tell us nothing about the age of the earth, only assumptions and wishful thinking. good luck to you

Microsociology is one of the main branches of sociology (contrast with macrosociology) which concerns itself with nature of human interaction on a small scale. It is usually based on observation rather than statistics.
If I am not mistaken, microsociology would be how I relate to one of my kids vs. all of my kids at the same time (macrosociology).
