I keep having this weird dream in wich I'm walking down an empty street, I see one person in the distance walking towards me, when he's close enough I recognize he's Jhonny Depp (and I don't even like Jhonny Depp, so is not like I'm obssesed with him or anything) and he tells me: make a dinner for seven people, then he walks away.

I've been having this exact same dream for about 5 times this month, sometimes in colour sometimes in b&w, but same scenario, same dialogue... and same Jhonny Depp.

what do you think this could mean?
many thanks in advance

What are the names (position) of people (and scientists) that are hired on and by companies to study the buying habits of others to improve sales? And what classes do you need to take in college to recieve those? In 9th grade we had a class that showed us all the ways companies use to get you to buy a product, such as bandwagon, sex, etc. is this sales and advertising? You know like the proactive commercials and how they use key phrases like "you ARE beautiful underneath your acne" thats a researched phrase to play into the psyche of the consumer and get them to buy their product.

I'm not 100% sure about this, because I don't always remember every instance and haven't really been recording anything, so I can't say that this pattern is followed perfectly all the time. But anyhow, I've got this vauge idea that my dreams are affected by how my head is resting on the pillow when I sleep. If I sleep with the back of my head resting on my pillow I often have very vivid and strange dreams. If I sleep with the left side of my head on the pillow I sometimes have nightmares. But if I sleep with the right side on the pillow I rarely remember my dreams, and if I do they're nothing special. I usually sleep with the right side on the pillow, and so have noticed these differences from time to time - not something perfectly predictable (it also seems to depend on the pressure on the area in question). Is this something other people experience? Is it possible? Just want to get some expert knowledge whether is a typical phenomenon or whether I'm just imagining things.

Maybe because blue is more relaxing, it helps you sleep better, where red is an energy color and looking at it while trying to fall asleep would be a bit harder, and because orange is a happy color maybe it would effect your dreams? I'm not crazy, I was just thinking of the possibility. My sheets are beige and I know that it's been making me feel more relaxed than when I had black sheets. Maybe.

Why do they have this huge, white, modernly architectural design for some guy to walk around it and tell you that you should take this pill for heart disease or whatever? Why does it have to be a big weird building? I don't get the advertisement psychology in there.

Oaky, I look around on most of the boards on yahoo and this quetsion intrigue me most. I read some interseting comments on this topic, but i got to have my 2-cents . Many of us realized what alcohol can do to our mind. Perhaps, there are even moment of under the influence that we do not fully comprehend what surrounding us, but can we honestly admit that we are honest when we are drunk? I expect many different answers b/c drugs have a differencet affect on each person, but it seem okay to blame on alchohol if something goes wrong. Truth is not all people are honest when drunk, but some are. I post the question direct to men b/c most guys need "Al" (our number side kick) to talk to the ladies and ladies you guys can be tough when sober....so is alcohol a potion for truth or excuses made by men to get their ways in to your pants?

The internet allows for anyone to put anything they want out about anyone, even if it's false and defamatory. Flaming and chatroom anger is one thing, but putting up a website that comes up high on the list when people search your name or church group is another. This can adversely affect relationships and other intangibles without legal "damages" which is what's needed if one wants to persue it legally. All invitations to constructively communicate and ameliorate whatever their proble is have been refused. Clearly, they have more to gain by continuing such activity. My theory is their fantasy world allows them to deny reality so they don't have to be conflicted by it. Whatever. My Dad used to say if you lie down with dogs, you come up with fleas, so I really don't want to sink to their level, so I've tried "shining with a brighter light" but most people are not interested in the truth. Gossip is juicier. So how would you handle this? It's gone on for several years & is wearing me out.
