First of all learn to Love yourself, look deep down and search out what makes you happy. Expand on your God given talents and never worry about what other people say. Choose life and live life to the fullest. Look into your mirror and say to yourself, I am all that and today is my day. Love yourself.

Look at everything you have from a positive point. A person can be their own worst enemy with letting negative thoughts in their head. Review all your accomplishements that you have thus far in life. Make a list. Be fair to youself because there are things you might not see as an accomplishement, that others are struggling with.

Sometimes we have things that don't go as planned. Never call it a failure, call it a learning experience. If something similar should happen in the future, we know what not to do and how to avoid a situation that didn't work in the past.

Every day, get up with a smile on your face, look in the mirror and tell yourself you are beautiful. Positive energy is amazing. What you are thinking is a start for a healthy outlook on life.

I would also recommend you working out if you don't already. It just makes a person feel good even if they are skinny and don't need to lose weight. Eat healthy foods and stay away from soft drinks. Drink lots of water and juice.

Try relaxation. Also try changing your diet to more healthy things, and make sure you eat regularly. Vent your frustrations or 'low-ness' out on some exercise, listen to some of your favourite music that u can relax to.

Go to bed earlier. A good nights sleep does you the world of good, helps your brain recover and work better. It also improves your skin and your body feels better for it.

I have found that as I get healthier my emotions and moods have improved. It might work for you.

Good luck.

Go to a spa. Have a "me" day and just relax. Go out with a friend and have fun. forget your worries. find something you love to do and do it all day then go to sleep and wake-up the next day and get priorities in order.

try to see a yoga master or try to change your lifestyle...if you have never tried to do trekking or scuba diving, i think it will relax your mind and your spirit.
