The suffix phobia means an irrational fear. So, arachnophobia is an irrational fear of spiders (irrational because in most countries spiders can't harm people).
On the other hand speed cameras can harm people (mainly in the wallet). I'd say that your fear is a rational one and so you couldn't give it a phobia name.
