First, you don't post this question on the Internet because you now have literally thousands of people laughing and talking about you.
Oh, Too late for that.
Anyway, I'll bet that you are a bit overly sensitive about this. I seriously doubt that you are the center of everyone's attention. Think about how pitiful their lives would be if all they had to do was talk about you.

You have insecurity issues. You could talk to a mental health professional about that but it will only help if you are willing to just stop wondering. The reality is that people aren't that mean. They may be looking at you because they like your shirt or think you are pretty to are wondering where you get your hair cut but they usually do not think negatively about someone unless they- themselves are insecure.
Funny- I should take my own advice.

Most likely they are not talking and laughing about you. Just get the thoughts out of your head. You really have no idea what they are talking or laughing about.

As they say, Don't worry about what others think. Whatever you think they are laughing at you about, who cares, honestly there are those immature people out there who do point and hee haw, but that only is to boost there own self esteem. They feel bad about themselves and poking fun at someone else helps them in some way. Just be yourself, don't worry about those people!!

Do a reality check.
Are you so interesting?
Are this your fear or have it any real bottom,if
so -adress that firm. There are a kind of bastards here in this world that get THEIRE security in bullying others.
Laugh.
-try.
and try to get the laughing crowd in your corner. But its probably a little paranoic streak in you that you may confront with cognitive methods like asking if all this is realistic. But if in a bullyied situation.Dont stand for it.
.-)

F'em. The only person you should be trying to impress is yourself. Take care of your own and let the others do there thing. Because in the end the only person who really matters is your self.

I don't know how old you are, so it would be stupid of me to say get over it unless you're 30 or something, but if you get a grip on your self confidence, you can laugh back and ignore them!!!

If this worry is consuming you and keeping you from getting things done, you may want to talk to your doctor about social anxiety.
