It's the USA, mostly because IQ only measures a person's ability to take an IQ test, and since most IQ tests are written in America and based on the American understanding of the world around us. Therefore we have the highest IQ. Keep in mind, though, that this has nothing to do with actual intelligence. If you want to know the most intelligent nation in the world, I might be Japan, but it's probably not the USA.
Also, the IQ test is rated based on the average. So the scores are always skued. The average IQ of everyone who takes the IQ test is 100 by definition.

Steve N is right when he says that IQ test don't measure the intelligence but only the ability to fill out an IQ test.
All IQ tests are culturally biased, that means they favor usually people of higher classes and with more formal education. And there's a surprisingly low correlation between different tests, that means it often happens that a person who is good in one test, is bad in an other one.
So it's not possible to rank nations by intelligence, because the instruments to measure it are not good enough.

As others have said Japans is the highest on recent investigation. However America is very low down, Japan scored 110 with South Korea, The Netherlands and Germany on 109 (USA 100)

This is a trick question because country's like the United States do not give nationwide IQ tests so any information on this subject would be at best out of date and worst completely fictitious.

China has the highest IQ. They are at school almost all there lives. They start at the age of 4.

Japan I believe, or was it Germany, or the US? Heck if I know. All I know is that these three countries have the most geniuses and educated and successful people in the past and now.
