Social Science - 21 December 2007

I have never, ever, told anyone face to face the things that go on inside my head... I've never shared my deep down feelings and thoughts, worries with anyone.

I have so much inside me that I need to let out, but I don't feel close enough to anyone to do that. I am 18.

I want to see a psychologist, I looked up on Yellow Pages and found one near to where I live...

But when I get there, what? "Hi, I have lots of repressed feelings." Jeez, I cringe at the thought of sitting there saying that to someone...

They will pretend to care. I won't even know where to start when I am meant to talk. I don't know what my problem is, so how can I answer the "So what can I do for you?" question...

"I am 18, I don't have a single friend. I have never had a girlfriend but long to have someone to cuddle and confide in. I am insecure but no one knows, I hide it all away and hope they don't figure me out."

OMG, that sounds so pathetic and embarrasing...

... Maybe I'll stay at home and not bother...

I had this dream that a boy i know came up to me and kissed me on the lips and then he said I love you. I don't think I have any feelings for this guy but lots of people think he has a crush on me in real life. What does this dream mean? Do I really actually like this guy?

behavior, tricks, passive aggressive behavior, gaslighting, and very EEEERIE psychic abilities. Knowing my private world, then mocking my thoughts, prayers, inner landscape with their friends (other demons???)aloud for me to overhear, destroying what is precious. Once this demon hears me think a thought like, "i love this blanket on bad nights,"...he then knows to "take it over"...swipe it every night... If I feel a fondness for a person and speak no words of it, somehow these people know and mock and slander this person, where they didn't do so BEFORE my thoughts of fondness. Are there demons on earth that fool us into thinking they are human. More importantly, is there some "litmus" test known among Christians, or any other faiths to test if a being is human?

A couple of night ago i had a very disturbing dream, i have not had a "nightmare" for years now and this one is the only one that has ever affected me so much. It went something like this:

It seemed to start with me floating down from the ceiling into a very open structure, similiar to an empty warehouse. I could not see me, it was as if i was actually there, looking through my own eyes, only difference was it seemed slightly hazzy or out of focus around the edges of my vision.
As i continued to float from the ceiling down through the "Warehouse" it seemed like i was swept of into a different part of the open space, and filling my vision was the sight of a very sharp knife cutting through some sort of "flesh". I could see the hand on the knife and another hand steadying the peice of "flesh", whilst i was seeing this i started to hear a woman's moan.
I began to feel like i was starting to back up, as if i was floating back uptowards the ceiling ....................................

For example, say you fall madly inlove with a diamond ring your friend has. (FOR GUYS- its your friend's dvd of Footballs Favorite Moments...) It is something that is completely unique and you want to have it, just for a day or two. You want it so badly that your stomach hurts not having it with you! You dream about it and think about it all that time.... But you know if you ask your friend for it, they would not loan it to you, because they know it is unique and wouldn't loan it to God if he asked! But, she/he doesn't pay much attention to it and barely knows they own it!

Would you 'borrow' it without asking THEN return it, if you KNEW they would NEVER find out you had it... Or would you take the moral high ground and act like you never saw it?When it comes down to it, would you choose your morals over your primal instincts?

Some conspiracies suggest that a few countries have chemicals put into the peoples food to make them infertile.

What we know now is that China takes a steps by raising taxes for families with more than two children. Still their population is rapidly rising.

In third world countries people want to make a lot of children to ensure social security. They will have someone to take care of them when they get old.

I suggested to my teacher that we should only breed during the spring like other animals do.

So don't you think we should have laws to control the human population?

It would solve all the worlds issues. Hunger, we will have more food for more people. Energy and polution, we will use less energy and make less pollution. More money, the money won't be scattered since the amount of holders is reduced. (e.g.100 dollars split 1 dollar per person when theres 100 people vs 10 dollars per person when theres 10 people.) More space for humans, animals and plants. More air :)

I want to stop masturbating. And I need advice from people who share my opinion (those who believe that there are more negative aspects to the practice than positive aspects).

I know that it is a release and that it feels good, but I find it kind of annoying that I waste my time doing something that makes me feel empty inside. Though it feels good when I climax, reality tends to hit me in the face later on, filling me with guilt and shame. I can lie to myself, denying these ugly feelings. However, I could be doing much better things in life than watching porn and masterbating. You know, people are meant to live for so much more.

I don't want someone out there to tell me that it's healthy or to give me reasons or excuses that justify their masturbating habits. I believe it's unhealthy and no one can change that.

I will only read answers that will help me STOP. I'm an 18-year-old girl. Advice from a girl would be helpful, but I appreciate assistance from everyone.

I have someone on my wrestling team who really annoys me. I've known him since for a few years10th grade now and he's in the same grade as me. When we were on the cross-country team he would ask me if I'm going to beat him at the meets. I'd say yes and then he'd end up beating me and saying how come you didn't beat me and he'd just keep carrying on. Meanwhile he weighs 110 and I weigh 190 and it's easier for him to run a 5k than me because he's so light. Then a few weeks before wrestling season he'd be telling me how many matches I'm going to win (about 10 out of 30) . Then on time I brought my trombone home to practice and before wrestling practice it didn't fit in the locker so I left it outside the locker. Then I'd go back into the locker room and find my trombone in the locker. It took a few tries to pull it out and it ripped off part of the material on the outside of the case. Later he'd tell me that he put it in there so no one would steal it. (This is continued below)
