time.Is this true?and what do they taste like?He said he is barbiquing it like chicken.[gross]I don,t think I,ll like it.Has anyone ate it before?and big do they have to be. It is little but I,m afraid of it.It doesn,t bite anyone that holds it.Yet.But I think it will.Where I live they eat Octipuss legs and they look gross too.Why do people eat stuff like this .when they can hurt you before you cook them.I wouldn,t eat aliggator or anything else that could bite me first.ThankYou. PS I almost passed out when my family was holding it at first when I saw it.Now I don,t scream but I don,t like to look at it.My cousin doesn,t make me hold it eghter, thats good.He said I could have ate some last night and I wouldn,t know it?.IS THIS TRUE OR FALSE??

I found it in my backyard in Great Falls, Virginia and have never seen or heard of anything like it. It is huge and I have included some pictures of it. It has 2 giant antennae and 2 huge pincers. It is a flying insect. Any info is appreciated.

Do you think it is because we put so much junk into our bodies that our flesh actually tastes bad to other animals?

Or is there something else to it?

Thanks

:)

I keep hearing a sound in my backyard like a rock being rattled around inside a can (with an amplifier connected to it). Is it an insect of some sort or a bird...I have heard it after dark, but always often during the day.

I am up at my Lake cabin in North Dakota and we saw a black animal a little bigger then a cat chase a bunny across the beach, and none of us know what it could be. And no it was not a dog. Does anybody have an idea on what it could be? Our ideas are possibly a skunk.

Since we evolved from the chimps when they started to eat meat and made their brain develop and grow.

Then it seems to me that if we don't eat meat our brains would be deficient.

This is kinda funny, but not. I live in the middle of the woods, but there are really not any kind of dangerous animals around here. Today, we got a call that there's a 300 pound black bear running around in our back yard in the middle of the day, which is very strange. Should I go about my business and go where I need to go today or stay in the house and hope he goes away soon? I'd do it tomorrow, but I'm pretty much about to go into labor any day, so my stuff has to get done when I know I have a minute! Yeah, I probably sound stupid, but I'm from a Philly suburb, and this is the first time since I've lived in the woods that this has been an issue. Is there anything you can do to deter a black bear or should I just not take my chances? Just for all the activists, I know I live in the woods, and I am in their habitat and I am NOT complaining that the bear is here. I just don't want to be attacked.
