Short answer: nobody knows. Some people suspected cell phone towers for a while, but I don't think that's taken seriously anymore.
Other possible culprits include antibiotics and pesticides, pathogens, environmental stress, etc.

I have heard that cell phone tower signals are doing something to screw the bees up. There was something on the Internet and TV about it, but no one really seems to know what it is.

Hi. I do not think they are sure. It may be environmental change, a virus, a parasite, or some other cause. Amphibians are also disappearing at an alarming rate.
