i was thinking on trying a water birth this time around but im scared the baby will drown, am i being silly? doesn't the baby gasp for air when it comes out?

i just got back from rome ani found out as soon as i got on msn that my friend is 2 months pregnant...

Her parents dont kno bout the bf ad the baby
she dont' want the baby cos she wants a career
also heres a major problem, her bfs gonna split up with her but remains friends with her if she has the abortion...if she have the baby he'll split up wiht her nyway but won't see him ever again...and she still loves him. she wants to get rid of the baby and stay with him as well as a relationship.

also answer her question plase...for a boys point of view why would he want to split up wiht ehr ater this
she says hes not selfish, hes nice, kind and quite shy

and tats it for now...sorry for it bein so long.

First time mom here..never been pregnant so this whole experience is like walking around in the dark...I am 17w2d pregnant and my pregnancy has been "normal" (not that there is a such thing)...I haven't had any bleeding at all, no painful cramping, nothing...all our visits have been great and the baby's heartbeat at the last visit was strong (About 155) and our next appt is 11/14 (we'll hopefully find out if it is a boy or girl)...the closer it gets to next wednesday the more worried I get...How can I calm down? Any suggestions?

Hello, I have been seeing a girl casually for around 5 months. 6 weeks after we met she told me she was pregnant. She told me that she wanted to keep it. I said OK as I felt I couldn't tell her otherwise. I now know I don't want to be with her - it would never work + have told her this. I have assured her that I will be there for the baby as much as possible and pay any maintenance etc. She is very upset and now 18 weeks pregnant. There is no-one else involved. I was in a 10 year marriage that split 2 years ago and have 2 other children I adore also. She has daughter from a previous relationship I want to know your opinions on whether I've done the right thing as I feel terrible that she is so hurt.

okay I'm new with this; I'm 18 years old and 18 weeks pregnant; I have not yet gotten a ultra sound but going by the dates of my last period thats how far i am Lat week i went in for that test that checks to see i the baby has downsyndrom and they called me today and said there was an abnormalty with the test and that it could be just that the dates are wrong; what do you guys think?

Hello Mommies and Mommies to be. Before I call my dr and sound like a paranoid freak, I was wondering if any of you could tell me a reason why at 26 weeks I would be spotting and cramping. It started Saturday, the spotting is not heavy at all it doesn't even get on my pantyliner just on the tissue when I wipe. I was fine all day Sunday but then it happed again Monday night before I went to bed. That time I got a little cramping. Well yesterday afternoon I got a little pinkish on the tissue again but now the cramping went on into the evening and last night. Between 1 and 3 am the cramping was a little harder. Can this just be the baby growing and my cervix changing? Suggestions/Ideas? Personal experiences? I had a miscarriage 2 yrs ago and I guess I'm still a little scared.

- I know spotting can come after intercourse and that's not it. Unfortunetly :o\
-And I have not lifted or done anything heavy. But I do sit most of the day at work.

i am terrified that iw ill miscarry as i get easily stressed.my boyfriend likes to wind me up by tickling me!!! which makes me move suddenly. i hav told him to stop this and he says i over react. im in the early stages and was in hosp and the nurses said i have to take it easy. im i over reacting? please give advice on what not to do to avoid this. also advice on stopping being so stressed? (went into hosp as they thought it was etopic v.scary time!!!)

I am 35 weeks pregnant today. I woke up this morning with period like cramps. It is a constant pain. Every now and then I get a really painful throbbing pain in my pelvic bone. I called my doctors office and of course this is new patient day and they can't see me. They said to call back if I have 5 or more contractions in a hour. Is this a sign of labor? If so how long could it be?

with having a co-ed baby shower? MY husband and I are expecting our first child in April and my sister is throwing my shower. My husband wants to be there and I want him there so I told her we were going to do a co-ed shower and she freaked saying that men aren't allowed at baby showers (what is this 1920?). She said showers are for the mom...I told her no it's for SHOWERING THE BABY...isn't the co-ed baby shower a new trend? not that I am trying to be trendy I just want to share it with my husband...thoughts?

On the day I think I may have conceived was 2 days before my last period. My next is due this weekend. If I have conceived on the day I thought, would I not have had my period 2 days later? I just have a weird fluttery feeling in my stomach and am not sure if this is a sign of pregnancy? I will do a test tomorrow am, but just wondered if anyone had had similar fluttery signs and if its likely I am pregnant before I get shock tomorrow?

I'm 37 weeks pregnant and have been told that raspberry leaf tea, fresh pineapple and curry can soften your muscels and help you into labour.
If i was to have all of this in one sitting once a day for a few days would i go into labour?
The baby is enaged and my belly is HUGE.....

I am having constant period like cramps I litterally feel like I have my period. They don't come and go though it's a constant cramp. I am nuaseated and over all just feel like crap. I had a c-section 3 weeks ago and for the last couple days I noticed a very small amount of leakage from one spot of the incision. It was dried up on my underwear and was like a reddish/yellowish color-I called doctor office and the nurse there said that was normal as incsion site starts to heal as long as it isn;t constantly leaking or soaking thru my underwear and/or clothes. I just wanted to check with some of you that has also had a c-section. If you had this type of drainage from the incision please share you experience with me and did it turn out to be more than just "normal" like did any of you ever develope an infection and if so what were your signs/symptoms that something was wrong? Also I noticed yesterday that outside of the left side of my vagina was itching and swollen-anyone have this?

and everything is great .. The baby is measuring fine..but The due date from the ultrasound said that she was due on Nov. 9th now.which makes no sense at all!! My original due date given was Oct 29th. Also the tech. told me that she is about 8lbs 6 ozs...Give or take a pound! how accurate have ultrasounds been for people in the past in reguards to weight. And how the heck is it give or take a pound! LOL..That seems like a huge amount to skip one way or another! All I'm thinking is ..OMG!! 9lbs 6 ozs! Haha
