28 weeks pregnant and wake up in the middle of the night with extremely painful cramps in my thighs and calves.... any suggestions?

ok, so I'm 38 wks, as of last week dialated to 1, been taking red raspberry tea leaf tablets (2 once a day), inserting 2 even primrose cap every night, and trying to walk 2 miles a day (hard b/c I have horrible sciatica.) Anyways, will any of this help? Did it help y'all? I don't want to go overdue!!!! did with my first, went early with second, butit was twins,then had my 3rd dd at 37 wks, but dr broke my water b/c I was dialated to 4, so he went ahead. This time I'm only a 1 (as of last week.) What else can I do? My husband has to go out of town for work on my due date and he'll be gone for 2 wks, so I'd like him to be around for the birth and possibly the first few days, that's why I'm trying to make sure I have her on time or possibly a few days or a week early. Please don't tell me, to be patient, I've been patient through an absolute miserable pregnancy this far. Tell me what y'all did or if this will help me

What exactly is group B strep? Where do you get it from? And what happens if i test positive? What is the percent of women who have it? Any info would help! Thanks

so i am 37 weeks pregnant and the simple task of putting on my pants is very painful it feel like my hips are going to break the pain is so bad it takes my breath every time i try to lift my leg is this normal? i kno my hips are getting wider but is it supposed to hurt this bad?

ok.. i asked this question last nite... I was having contractions that were 3-4 min apart lasting a minute or so... i went to the hospital they said i was having labor contractions but my water hasnt broke. I was dilated almost 2 cm. My water didnt break with my first one but i was having contractions so they went ahead and broke it. They sent me home o see if my water will break it hasnt yet and i am still having contractions. i tried walking, a warm bath nothing is working. whats the deal here?? If i go back and with me having the contractions still and havent dilated anymore what will they do? please someone help me!
I am in alot of pain

when did you feel the kicks?
Im 21 weeks and started feeling them around 18
But, I only feel them like three or four times a day and only a couple at a time.
Is this ok? when do you feel them more regularly?

so ive been freaking out that im pregnant and i just took a test right now and it came out negative...it wouldve been 13 weeks by now if i was pregnant and thats 3 months...do you think its because there was not enough HCG or after so long it would detect it anyway? because i didnt take it the frist morning urine but right now....this is my 4th test and all of them came out negative...should i retest in the morning? or go with this answer? please help me out. thank you!

I'm 11 and a half weeks. I had an ultrasound that showed a very active little baby. On average, when will I start to feel the baby move? Also, I have a little 'belly bump' right now but I am not sure if that's just bloat or if that's my growing baby. If it's *not* a baby bump....On average, when will I start to show? I feel like I want to tell the world I'm pregnant.

this might be dumb but when does it appear? this might be a dumb question but does the rea sort of crease in before appearing? bcuz i have this little crease from the center of my belly button down. its not visible unless im at a certain angle. or is this just something totally different?

With my daughter, we heard her heartbeat at 8 weeks. I am 6 weeks now with our second baby and have a pre-natal visit on Tuesday. I am hoping we might be able to hear the heartbeat.

Well we live with my cuzions & well he has a 3yr old.
Who follows me ALL the time to my room which it totally driving me crazY!!
I think it is probably the hormones..lol
Also I used to wear thongs but now, I hate them!!
I hate it when my hubby makes fun of me. Even if it's just a joke. I get like crazy. I have never been like this. right now I feel like I dont want NO body bothering me!

im preg and 18(too young i know wasnt planned)
my mum had lots of support at my age, but she has turned her back on me and i dont know what to do. i dont understand i thought she would know how it feels and be there for me yet she wants me too get an abortion. i had a scare as the hosp thought it could be a ectopic pregnancy , this was a scary time and my mum chose too go and play darts up the pub than to come and visit me in hosp. i was upset that she found that more important as she knew that i could go into theatre at any point. also on my 18 (before i knew i was pregnant) my mum did not even phone me/ get me a card/ not even a present and she doesnt realise why im upset!!!! my 18th was the worse ever day for me, my mum didnt care. when the baby is born i dont wont my mum having anything to do with my child as i dont want her too hurt her in the way she did me. i hate her and dont understand why she treats me this way. if she doesnt make up for it i feel i will never forgive her

Hey everyone -- I'm a first time pregnant mom, and I can't believe how much food I want! Is this normal? I am normally very reasonable with what I eat (105 lbs. at 5'3" tall), and I'm just completely RAVENOUS most of the time. I'll eat lunch ... say a nice hearty turkey sandwich and a side of soup. After that ... still hungry .... so I'll have some of these wheat crackers I love ... ok, still hungry. So, fruit by then because I'm feeling like I'm eating so much that I have to eat healthy things ... which I'm sure is good. But man, when does the hunger pang finally go away! lol ... help, before I eat my own arm! I need some stories ladies (or gentlemen that have had a pregnant lady in their life)!

How do you become a surrogate mother? The reason I ask is because I would love to be pregnant again, but do not wish to have any other children. Does the biological parents insurance cover the pregnancy? does the surrogate make any profit from being the carrier??
