normally it's right away. Call your OB/GYN's office and ask them. If you don't have one call your normal doctor and see if they have a recomendation

Make an apointment for the next available time, they will check you with a blood test and tell you all the info you need to know. Another thing to consider is do you like your doctor and all the doctors in the office? You don't have a guarantee that it will be your doctor when the time comes usually. Also explore all your options, do you want a hospital setting, home, birth center? I didn't like my doctors associates or hospitals so I went with a mid wife at a birthcenter who had a hospital backup 5 minutes away. That gave me the medical security plus a setting that was more relaxed and less clinical. The midwifes generally have you a lot more involved in your care and have a lot more success with normal pregnancies not becoming inductions or C-sections. It all comes down to personnal choices and comfort. Congrats.

Call the doctor, they will usually order a blood test to confirm the pregnancy and check your hormone levels to make sure everything looks good - they'll check that your levels are high enough for the amount of time since your LMP. Call now, because these are all things that they need to do now. If your levels are too low, they'll usually put you on hormonal supplements to try to sustain the pregnancy (I had to take them and they did work). They'll order prenatal vitamins if you aren't already on them, and schedule your first appointment. Most don't see you until 6-8 weeks into the pregnancy.

call your GYN and ask for a prenatal appointment...Most of the time they'll get you in when you are abourt 6-8 weeks gestation...which is right around when a second period would have been missed...Of course that also depends on the doctor and your medical history with pregnancy as well. Be sure to start taking your prenatal vitamins right now.

You can find a doc right away and schedule your first appt. If you have a history of miscarriage or complications, your doc may want to see you right away, at least to confirm the pregnancy. Usually the first appt is around 8-10 weeks along. If you don't know how far along you are, schedule an appt as soon as you can.

I would call the doctor as soon as you can. I couldn't get into mine until about a week later and then she gave me all kinds of numbers of OB/GYNs to call after she confirmed I was pregnant.
Congratulations!
