Everyone is very different. Usually, kicking can happen as early as 14 weeks, but usually only if its your 2nd child. But usually for a first as early as 16 weeks. And depending on your body type now, that will determine on when you will actually start looking pregnant.

Your doctor should be able to answer both those questions. Call the office and ask the nurses.
You will just have a small bump for a while yet. Women usually show between 12 and 20 weeks depending on their body.
You should be able to feel the baby move starting between 16 and 22 weeks. When you start to feel the baby you might not know that's what is causing the feeling. It is a little strange at first.

Quickening, which is what they call it when you feel the baby move can actually start as early as 14 weeks. If you are slender, or have been prego before, you'll be able to feel it about that early, even if you don't know what it is you are feeling. You may be showing a tiny bit, but really, the 4th month is where it all starts to hit. You start feeling more prego, and looking it, too! You may be a bit more unable to button your jeans now, but it'll take another month or so before you'll really start showing that bump! Congrats, and good luck! I'm about 4 weeks ahead of you!

probably bloating
i remember my wife was a few weeks away from getting her 20 week ultrasound when she felt our baby for the first time. at the ultrasound the lady was shocked because my wife didn't look pregnant at all. but that changed soon after about 6 months she started looking pregnant and by 9 months she still only looked like an average 7 month pregnant woman. so it's different for everyone. she's excited to start showing sooner when we get pregnant with our second. i think it's silly

You start to feel baby move between 16-22 weeks. I started to feel my baby move around 18 weeks. You will start to show any where from 4 to 6 months. I would say that you are just bloated because I thought I was showing that early too but it was bloating that went away.

You are about 3 months, so you are most likely showing. Congrats! Now the fun begins. This was always a big milestone for me (3 pregnancies). As for feeling the movement, you will most likely feel that between 12 and 16 weeks. The first sensation will either feel like little gas bubbles or a little butterfly in your tummy. It is one of the most wonderful feelings you will ever experience. Enjoy this time, it goes by very fast. I know right now it seems slow, but trust me. I hope you have a pleasant pregnancy!

I'm guessing this is baby #1 so you may not show until you are 6 months. For #2 it's around 4 months and for 3+ it's minutes after conception (kidding). It also depends on how much baby weight you gain, body type, etc. Women who gain a lot tend to show earlier. Also, women who are very slender show the baby weight sooner (thing Nicole Ritchie). Larger women see less of a change sooner.

Depending on your weight and what pregnancy your in. People who have had a child before tend to feel there babies sooner. I started to feel my kids kick long about 15 -16 weeks. It feel like butterflies in your stomach first. Starting to show that depends on your body also. I showed at 6 weeks but my friend who is 90 lbs didn't start showing until she was 8 months. Congratulations on your pregnancy but you'll soon find out that every pregnancy is different.

If this is your first, it will take a few months. I am 35 weeks, it took until week 20ish for me to start looking pregnant and stop looking bloated. It took a little longer than that for me to feel the kicks, (not flutters). Around week 24/25 is when my husband could feel the kicks. Congrats!!

About the kicking it may start around the fourth month when the baby is big enough for his/her kicks to hit you. About showing it depends on your build. Im tall and thin and didn't really show until I was 7 months pregnant.
