I'm self-employed and wont be getting anything this time. With my first pregnancy I worked for a company and got 6 weeks paid disability and 6 weeks paid family leave.

If you are in the UK and pay your own class 2 NI contributions ( or have a low earnings exemption certificate) you could be entitled to Maternity Allowance. You must also have been either self employed or employed for at least some time in the last 15 months.
It usually works out at this standard rate:

£112.75 or 90% of your average gross weekly earnings if this is less than £112.75.
You must have been earning a minimum of £30 pw.
It is now paid for 9 months.

Hope this helps.

Wow I didn't know there was such a thing but as a self-employed woman who is TTC, I would definately like to know. Good question! I wish I could help!
