I am in an office and solely responsible for the phones. Her is what I do.
Have a container close - just in case.
Answer the line then ask the caller to hold.
Run and hope I am quick.
You can't be punished for morning sickness. It isn;t your fault. Be sure to have some soda crackers, hard candy, ginger ale and the like to help calm the nausea. Another thing that can help is to sip on Coke. It has to be coke and not pepsie or other. There is an ingredient in it the helps with nausea.

keep a couple plastic bags in a purse close by for emergencies. There were time times when I almost didn't make it to our bathroom in time. I tried all the tricks, none worked for me, you might have to suffer through too. But keep in mind it's all worth it for the baby you're growing. Hang in there!
Oh, and if you're lucky like me, you'll have it in the third trimester too, or maybe the whole time, so try to set up a good system for dealing with it now because it would really be impossible to take off work for the whole nine months (for most people at least).

I know how you feel..I have no sick days left either and my morning sickness gets so bad sometimes. I try to eat a little something in the morning because I feel sicker when my stomach is empty. A lot of people say crackers helped them, they didn't work for me, but they might for you. There were a few times where I had to run to the bathroom (and trust me, the bathrooms are quite a ways away) to throw up..sometimes you just cna't stop it.

The main cause of morning sickness is a combination of issues related to the chemical changes your body is going through. Mix a pinch of nutmeg powder with a table spoon of gooseberry juice, and take it thrice a day. Sip little by little ginger juice mixed with honey before you get out of bed. What worked for me was Ginger candy you can buy at the asian store. I used it early in my pregnancy and it worked wonders. My co-workers' wife is now in her first trimester and has been sick constantly. I gave them so Ginger Candy and now she's fine and went to go buy 6 more packs. Try that to see if it helps. Ginger tea or Ginger ale may also help with the morning sickness.

If you have to get sick then you have to get sick. Would your boss rather you puke on the phone or leave your station for a few minutes? You'll just have to explain that to them. I worked at a retail store where you aren't supposed to just run from the customer. Well if I was going to get sick they had no choice even if they were in mid-sentence. I'd say excuse me and then run. I had people call and complain about my "rudeness" but I say would you rather have had me heave on your shoes?

I never missed a day of work, because I wanted all the time off I could have with my baby. I ran to the bathroom to throw up and sucked on candies all day long. I somehow just got through it.

Try taking the vitamin supplement B6. That's what my doctor told me to take when I had it. It worked! And if it doesn't it will get better soon. Usually, you only have morning sickness for the first trimester. Good luck and Congratulations!
