Took a pregnant test came out pos with one of those pos signs. But the line down the middle was so faitned I couldn't hardly see it but its there. My pelvic bone was hurting yesterday. So could I be start my period. I had sex on the oct 28 my last period was oct 8-12. Now its the 7th

I would retest using a different brand to see if you get another line and if you do then you are pregnant.

Take another pregnancy test- I'm sorry to say this, but if the positive line was there, it's probably b/c you're pregnant. It could be faint b/c the horomone levels needed to give a positive signal were not high enough in your body. Try First Response or call your doc. Maybe it wasn't really positive- I don't know.
Start thinking about your options and please contact your gyn or Planned Parenthood. Now is the time to decide what you're next course of action is 1) start a family! 2) not start a family 3) contact adoption agencies because there are lots of parents that have been ready to start a family for a long time now but can't on their own. You'll know in your heart what the best option for you will be. If you need help, ask for it.

I hate those postive and negative (signs) on pregnancy test. I would retake one without those signs. Try a different brand of pregnancy test like Answer or First Response or even the digital pregnancy test. But either way no matter how faint the line is it means you're pregnant.
If you don't want to take another pregnancy test contact your gyn and if you don't have one check out your insurance and see who they recommend and what doc they allow and get a blood test or urine test done with them and see what happens.
But I think you're pregnant.

this happened to me too. don't use the ones that have a plus sign, the vertical line is usually much lighter if you are early...i used the first response and got a second line both times the day before and day of expected period......it was faint at first and darker the next day. the plus sign on clearblue still was very faint on the third day...it sucks.....also, first response comes in a package of 2 so you can try again.

A faint line is a line, as long as you read it in the time alloted, then it's positive. :) I tested on the day that my period was due when I was pregnant with my son, and it was very faint that I had to hold it in a certain angle in the light to see it, LOL.

A positive is a positive. No matter how faint. Take another test with your first morning urine tomorrow. Call a doctor, and start taking prenatal vitamins (sold at any drug store). Congratulations and Good Luck

yes cause i took 4 at home pregnancy test because on of the lines came out faint so yeah it can come out faint. The directions should tell you that one line can be faint

A positive test no matter how light it is means that you are pregnant, wait a few days a test again but do it first thing in the morning when the hormones are stronger in your wee.
