PERSONAL.. WarninG! haha..Okay ive asked b4 about how i get what i think are contractions when i pee, and past 3 days i have had a problem going # 2, that it hurts to go in my stomahce area. Well i just tried to go again and i finally was able to but i am getting a sharp pain in my bottom area and and my vagina area.. and now reallly reallly bad back pains once again. I have been experiencing the bad back pains for a week now that have been horrible. Last week my doctor checked for UTI, hemmroids and i dont have any of them!

Tuesday i was 1 cm dialated and she said my cervix was thinning out a lot. Braxton hicks/contractions were bad for 2 days straight but nothing really to much today. Only when i get up my tummy gets hard as a rock and is hard to move around but i manage!

Any help please :-( 1st time mommy as you can see! im 36 weeks

I am 34 weeks and hating sex more and more everyday! I have had no sex drive for the past few months. But I continue to have sex with my husband, for his sake. but it seems to be getting to the point now to where it hurts and I am starting to despise it! IS this normal? Is there anything i can do to get my sex drive back? Will it come back after I have the baby?

said that it was to do with the pill why i lost the baby. me and my partner were trying again up untill a couple of weeks ago because he had said he wanted to leave it a year before we try again so i suggested i would go back on the pill for 6 months then stop taking it after 6 months and then wait 6 months then start trying again at the point of a year idont know wheather i have done the right thing by suggesting i go back on the pill, i suggested it because i love my partner and i want to have his kids and i want us both to be happy he is now happy i think but i dont know if i am happy because i long for a baby i know its only an extra year to wait but i feel there is something missing inside me and thats what it is it cant be anything else i have everything else i want. i am still taking the pill but i need to know wheather i have i done the right thing or not?

I was on the pill for about 6 months and i stopped taking it in November of 2006 so not too long ago. since then my fiance and i have been trying to get pregnant and no luck! every other woman in my family is fertile as can be, i dont know what to think. my ob said to wait and it will come for me but now im late on my period and no positive test!! could this just mean my birth control is just leaving my system and i will not ovulate without it!!?? please help!!

We have a first child on the way, and are chatting about wills and the like.

There's family -- and friends -- we'd trust with our kid if we both perished in a fiery wreck, etc -- but none are really in _ideal_ situations to adopt. One generation is just finishing with child-rearing; the next is too young to've started. It's a big commitment to ask of somebody, flattering and unlikely as it may be.

Any ideas for ways to phrase "Hey, would you like to play parent if I perish? You can, like, totally say no, though. I won't be offended?"

when you are induced to bring labour on, how do you feel whilst it is happening? are there any side effects of the drugs they give you and does the labour come on quickly? I know there are all different ways like pessary, drip, having waters ruptured etc. what were your experiences which ever way you were induced?

Friends of ours are about to pop out baby #2 (gender unknown), and we wanted to get them all something.

Obviously getting things for baby #2 is easy. Neutral baby things. Woo!

The new parents need relaxation and also have a 3 year old to entertain!!

For the parents:
--Massage oils maybe?
--Any other ideas?
--We don't live in the same state, so getting a gift certificate for a massage or something isn't really possible at this point.

For the Big Sister:
--A doll? I really don't know. We're trying to find out what she's into right now.

We have a limited budget of about $40 total, so it can't be extreme.

ANY ideas would be greatly welcomed!

im am 18 weeks with my 2nd pregnancy, m/c my first at 9 weeks. i know mothers who have had babies tend to feel their movements earlier with later pregnancies. for this reason i dont know if i would come under this category cause i wasnt far along with the first.

ive felt things in my tummy, but im not sure id call it the baby moving as i dont feel it everyday. sometimes its like a very light poke or prod in my tummy or side, sometimes it feels like im about to pass wind but i dont.

Lately at night I have a hard time sleeping because I cannot sleep on my stomach or back.. I have to sleep on my side.. They say its best to sleep on your left side but after a couple of hours on either side I get pain inside my leg and I usually have to get up and walk around for a little while and then get back in the bed and lay on my other side for a few hours until I have the same problem.. Has anyone else experienced this pain before and if so do you know of any other way I can lay that is safe for the baby?? HELP..

I then felt a sharp pain in the left side of my abdomen, and I have had pain all day. In the pregnancy book I have it says you can lift anything you did before you were pregnant and that it's all just old wives tales (as long as the item isn't too heavy to lift, pregnant or not) Could I have done some damage or are these pains normal?

I'm really worried I am not gonna be though i have had some symptoms and last time i was pregnant it didnt show up on a urine hpt till 7 weeks will they be able to detect if i am pregnant from this blood test even if it wouldnt have shown up on a urine hpt? Anyone else in similar situation? Usually have period cramps before my period had none this month on a few twinges, had a little bit of spotting 2 and half weeks after my period the last day of my period and my cycle is usually 32 days? Thanks for any advice xx
