When I got off the birth control pill, they had told me that it would take about six months before I could conceive. It took me less time than. I think every woman is different. Stress of wanting to get pregnant could be clouding you. Just relax, go about it like everyday. The best time to get pregnant, I think, is the week before your period. I know you said you haven't had one, but a woman knows when she is PMSing. That would be a good time. Your period might not be showing up like it's suppose to cause you are stressing. Relax, plan a night of R and R with your fiance. Enjoy and just keep "practicing" :o). When you are ready it will happen. You'll know. But in my opinion, I think you are too aware of it and are stressing yourself out. I wish you and your fiance the best of luck.

The irony is that while so many women go off the pill to try and get pregnant, it takes months up to a year. With some women, they don't want to get pregnant, skip ONE pill and wind up pregnant in two weeks.
It's only been three months, give it a few more months before being worried. Also check out taking charge of your fertility. It's a really good book.

I happen to have an empty birth control pack with instructions here... (don't ask)
It States:
Women who want to become pregnant may stop using the pill at any time. Fertility may return immediately or after a few months.
For something like this, you think you would be talking directly with your obgyn.
