There's a chance you are feeling the baby move. I felt mine for the first time around 18 weeks or so.

I am 14 weeks today and I was told I could probably feel the baby move right around the 20th week. We don't have that much longer. Sometimes I think I feel the baby moving but then reality snaps in and I realize its probably just gas bubbles. But they say the first movements you can feel do feel like gas bubbles.

Every one is different, It also depends on if this is your first pregnancy or not. If it is your first you might not feel movement until 20+ weeks. If you have been pregnant before you will feel it sooner. I am 18 weeks and 3days and this is my second, And I started feeling movement in the 15th week.

Possibly now but highly doubtful, you will feel definite fetal movements around 17-22 weeks.
