i love kaiser.. i was born and raised on kaiser! everything is in one spot you dont have to run all over the city to see the doctors that you need!

I LOVE MY KAISER!

The total bill w/o insurance and including the newborn fees, is between $6,000-8,000. it all depends on the hospital and the plan and the bells and whistles you have, with the one normal pregnancy i had it was about 4500 for me and 1000 for the baby. my other boogers were in the NICU so that sent the bill into over 20K

I love Kaiser, the reason being everything is in one place and it's a convenience. My boyfriend had a head on collision on a dirt bike and had to be air lifted from the middle of the dessert. The tally for the helicopter alone was 20 grand, and he paid not one cent. It's pretty pricey, but it's definitely worth it, wish I had some Kaiser..... dang it!

A normal, uncomplicated vaginal delivery I believe is around $5,000-$6,000. I think an uncomplicated c-section is around $8,000.

Kaiser Permanente is a pretty respected company...but definately shop around! :)
