I would have thought the same odds as when you had the first ones, although I expect it depends on which type of twins you had the first time - identical or non identical, I think non identical twins are the hereditary sort which i would think means the odds are the same.

Are your twins identical or paternal? If they are identical then it doesn't really increase your chances just because they are twins. If your twins are paternal then this does increase your chances a little more. See identical twins share an egg and then the egg is split. But paternal twins are from two seperate eggs, which means your body released 2 eggs and there is a chance your body could release 2 eggs again.
But there are other factors:
your age?
35 and older are more likely to have twins
Previous pregnancy
this also increases your chances
diet?
if you eat alot of meat and/or yams it
increases your chances
family history
but it has to be you, your mom, your sister or your aunt that either had twins or is a twin

Well it depends on what kind of twins you have. Do twins run in the family? Some women have a type of condition where they routinely release more than one mature egg every month, and these women are more likely to conceive twins. But if you have identical (monozygotic/spontaneous) twins, it is less likely.
My sister gave birth to two sets of twins within one year!

Actually, the chance of having twins again is exactly the same as last time, if the chance is 1 in 100, then it is 1 in 100 this time, however the chance of you being the 1 out of 100 both times is 1 in 10,000, so pretty unlikely but still quite possible.
If your personal chance of having twins is higher, i.e. they run in the family and your chance is higher, say 1 in 50, then the chance of twice in a row is 1 in 2,500, i.e. still quite unlikely but much more likely then the first case.
Hope this helps!

Are your twins identical or fraternal? It makes a difference. Identicals, your chances are the same as everyone else. Fraternals your odds are 1:5

I would say that it isn't very likely that it would happen again. But my oldest brother and sister are twins, and I was supposed to be a twin. My mom miscarried when she was pregnant with me. So, I guess there's always a possibility that it could happen.

im not sure what the odds are but they are higher because you already have a set. because i was told to becareful for future children because i have a set of twins (identical boys) and i fell pregnant again but lucky enough i only had 1 and i had a little girl.
