its been 3 weeks since birth and i havnt seen the whites of the kids eyes yet...

is it normal for children to sleep for scores of days at a time?

please help sooon its feeling a bit cold

should he have rights to see his children? My girlfriends ex is all of the above and she has gone thru hell with the court system. The court orders him to rehab, he doesn't go, then he gets another extension at the next hearing. What is wrong with the system?

My son has to go to the neurologist to get a brain scan. They said they have to put these sticky things on his head. Are they going to shave his hair? I'm gonna cry if they do. If you have had this experience please share. if you dont know for sure please do not pretend like you do. he's only 1 years old.

A friend of mine recently said something about picking her husband up from a night out,i asked what did she do with her son who,s 12 (this was 2 am) she kind of gave me a funny look and said he was sleeping in bed, and that she was only gone 30 mins.(seemingly he does same for her) I didnt say anything but think she,s wrong doing this,what do you think?

I have been raising my 2 grandchilren for the last 7 months. The CPS put them in placement in my home until parents finished what they needed to- drug court ect...Their time is getting close and they are far from where they need to be. I know they love the children. Does anyone know what I would have to do to adopt them and then what happens to the parents? Do I lose my son out of it? If someone else adopts them do I lose my grandchildren?Being single and 49 count against me? what are the circumstances that I wouldn't be able to adopt them? What are the steps involved? I love them and really thought parents would straighten up, I thought a few months now I am looking at years of being mom again, kinda scares me, feel cheated out of being grandma. i don't want to lose g kids. 19 mo and 7 mo olds had them since birth. Can anyone relate to my problem.? Went out of town for the day and got home both parents in jail for min. of 7 days on contempt court. I don't know of why right now?

.....wear a "head shop" sweat shirt to school? Our daughter is a model kid. She doesn't swear, drink, do drugs, 4.0+ GPA, plays sports, youth group at church, etc. Situation is her uncle's are good friends with the owner of a "head shop" (sells drug paraphernalia) that also sells other things like Rainbow Sandals and skateboards. Myself, I like the owner of the store as well. The store is known around the area as being a "head shop." Would you let her wear the shirt?

he will go pee but nothing else. i have tried every thing ( rewards, food, toys, sitting in the bathroom with him, sitting outside the door) the kid just wont poop in the potty HELP PLEASE!!!!!!
