I don't understand why some people talk about single/young/unwed mothers like we are a diseased species of the world or something. We have feelings like the rest. We all went through the pain of labor and rejoiced when our little bundles arrived. We breathe the same air and do everything like married/older women who have children. I personally think this type of stereotyping is wrong. Why is it anyone else's business what other's do?? If it doesn't affect your life then it shouldn't matter, right?? You would think so. What will I not be accepted by society until I am married to the father of my child?? Personally I find this really insulting and I think this type of behavior is wrong and I sure hope that the people who do this don't teach their children to be as judgmental. For the ones who know you do this why don't you take a long look in the mirror and when you are flawless and haven't made a single mistake then you can judge until then get to know someone first.

Why is it so embarrassing to admit that? I see nothing wrong in it if you and the man is comfortable in doing so but why act like you have never done that when you proably have? (I have and i do not care what people thinks about me or that)

it may be her body... but it takes two to tango. unless a woman can prove that the father is a danger and she isnt with him, or that he wants nothing to do with her, why doesnt the dad have the right to make the decision on wether or not to abort too? my brother's wife aborted her baby against his will, then 3 months later got prego again and kept it. he was heartbroken and it makes no sense that 3 months later she was suddenly "ok" with having a baby, when she had just killed her last one (there were no complications) WHY WHY WHY isnt this an issue?!

Back in September this lady called about me babysitting her 2 boys. I was to keep her 6month old and almost 3 year old M-F from 6am - 6pm for a week b/c her husband was going to be out of town for that week. One week turned to two, two turned into four weeks. So then she decided she needs me every week only on Thursdays and Fridays 6am-6pm so I told her I'd email her the contract. This was at the beginning of November. Exactly 2 weeks ago on a Wed night she calls and says "don't get up early tomorrow b/c one of my kids is sick and husband will take care of them this week. And on the 26th of January one kid has a doc appt so I won't bring them either." Last Wed evening I called and left a voicemail that I had to be somewhere at 6pm the next day on Thursday so plz try to pick your kids up at 5:30pm that day. She never called back. So LAST Thursday I roll out of bed at 5:45am assuming she would be coming that Thursday and Friday (did I mention I'm 33 weeks pregnant??...

I have tried searching for awhile on the internet for meanings of the following girls' names and I'm not coming up with much.

The names are:

Jacqueline
Suzanne

And if someone could tell me what being a supplanter is, I would be very grateful.

Thanks very much.

I just had my second baby and she is getting to big for her 0-3 month clothes. I was going to list them on ebay but my mom said I should keep them if I ever plan on having another baby.

Well both of my kids are girls...if that plays a part.
I don't plan on having any more for atleast three years. I want to finish school first.

Should I keep them or sell them

I have this neighbor, who when she found i was pregnant became really jealous. She already has 5 kids ages 6-16 ,neither her or her husband have a job, and right after she found out i became prego, she hurried off to a sperm bank, and dr, to see about getting artificial insimination.... I think its crazy.....After a while she wouldnt even talk to me anymore because she was so mad that she was not pregnant and I was.
The thing i don't understand is that her hubby is clipped, why would she be so upset.?Its not like its my fault.

I have a six day old and at during the first few days I was breastfeeding and everything was fine and then my baby seemed like he wasn't getting enough milk. I would nurse for almost two hours until my hubby finally fed him formula and he settled down. I kept trying to breastfeed and it just seems like he is not satisfied has this happened to anyone and how did you deal with it?

I almost feel guilty because I really wanted to breastfeed but I also want the best for my baby and I know I don't want him to starve. Thanks in advance for your answers.

Well, I think I offended my friend because we were talking and she asked me, if I have a baby boy am I going to have him circumcised. I said of course I was going to, it was very unhygienic, not to. My friend got really upset stating that all 3 of her boys and her husband were not circumcised, and it's better for them not to be circumcised because if they are it reduced sexual arousal. I was very put off by this. I told her that she was wrong and in my opinion it was disgusting and I felt that circumcision was the right choice for us since my husband and I have already disgust this option. She also said that circumcisions were not covered by insurance? My friend abruptly ended the phone call and hasn't returned my phone calls, was I being close minded or was she over reacting? What's your take on circumcision?

I had a m/c a little over 6 weeks ago. It was my second one, so I knew what to expect and what was going to happen. After my first m/c I got my period within 4-5 weeks. This time its been a little over 6 weeks. I had gone to the hosiptal and everything, and I had a complete m/c. I know none of you guys are doctors or anything but does anyone have a idea on why its taking so long?? I plan on seeing my doctor next week, but I wanted to know what you guys thought.

I know how much child support I am getting every month, but the courts have not sent any thing on ways to obtain this support. The papers say Not to call F.O.C but it has been over 10 weeks. Will I get something in the mail? I know that they do not do paper checks anymore. How long does this take?

I am married with a 7 month old and my 16 yr. old cousin is 4 1/2 mos. pregnant and is scheduled for an abortion in 1 1/2 weeks. My sister (17 yrs. old) and I are trying to convince her not to do it and if this works I would like to keep that baby. Would that still make my husband and I go trought the costly adoption process or does she just have to sign papers and give my husband and I custody of that baby? This will all take place in the state of Texas. Thank you in advance.
