I know how much child support I am getting every month, but the courts have not sent any thing on ways to obtain this support. The papers say Not to call F.O.C but it has been over 10 weeks. Will I get something in the mail? I know that they do not do paper checks anymore. How long does this take?

i'd call someone at the child support agency or go see them. it shouldn't take that long if the parent is paying. the CSA does make mistakes.

Your ex might not be paying. I would call your caseworker and see what is going on. They really wont do anything until he owes you a few thousand dollars. And then all they will do is give a warning and things like that. If it gets past $10,000 they will take him to court and tell him he has so many days to pay so much, and then they will leave it alone.

is your ex paying f.o.c. do you have a bank acc. and is all the # right. it takes 1 week
