My OB told me to take 50 mg of Vitamin B6 twice a day with food... and I rarely get headaches now. The only headaches I get now are sinus headaches.

My wife has constant headaches, I rub her head a couple of times a night for about 5-10 minute increments while watching the tv, it helps relax her and works a great deal of the time, and let's us have together time as well. Try it, it may just help.

I get that too and the only thing that helps is to drink a ridiculous amount of water. It seems that I now get dehydrated with the drop of a hat... The water really makes those headaches go away

I had migraines, never had ever before, my first trimester. Lots of rest, and dark silent rooms were all I could do. Caffeine is suppose to help to - granted thats not natural.
