that when you like someone (mostly females) that you suddenly start to clean out of the blue, like you wouldn't do normally do? For some reason, when I like a person, I do what my family calls "nesting". I clean everything and don't stop 'til it's done perfectly. I especially do this when I'm involved with someone. Is this normal? Why do I do this?

My son doesn't look like me or his father AT ALL.
He has dark dark brown hair and bright blue eyes and very pale skin.

I have blond hair and green eyes, and my husband has dark brown hair, but his hair is lighter than our son's. Our son's hair is almost black. Also, My husband has hazel eyes and a darker complexion.

I don't understand where my son's blue eyes came from (neither of us have blue eyes), i don't understand where his dark hair came from (neither of us have hair THAT dark, and i expected it to be in between our colors, like a medium brown; blond mixed with dark brown.), and I don't understand where his pale doll-like skin came from (neither of us are pale, and my husband is kind of tan [naturally])

by the way, i know alot of babies are born with blue eyes and their eyes later on change colors but my son is 26 months old, they would have changed by now.

i'm not complaining about the way he looks, he's a doll! i love him. im just wondering why he came out like that.

I had a miscarriage three weeks ago. My doctor said to wait for a normal cycle to start trying again, but we had unprotected sex last night. Do you think I could possibly get pregnant or because I haven't had a period, then I probably haven't ovulated either? And if I do get pregnant, do you think I will have another miscarriage because I didn't wait? Please help me. Oh, I do have a son. I had no complications with him.

I need some input. I have always wanted to be a mother. But I also would love to be a veterinarian. My husband would love for me to do either, he is behind me all the way, but he doesnt have much schooling, so we might struggle if I dont become a vet first, and make money. Is there any moms out there who have went to college and also have a baby at the same time? How hard is it? Also, I will be almost 30 when i become a vet, and so at least 30 or later before I have my first baby, are there any risks if I wait till after my 7 years left of school?

so pregnancy test say they can detect pregnancy up to 5 days sooner (5 days before your missed period). how accurate is that though.. if I had sex over 2 weeks ago --- about 16 days ago, would a pregnancy test be accurate enough to detect if I was pregnant or not (that's what the box implies but what do you think) I'm not expected to start my period till July 29th (this sat) but am sick of wondering, it's making me worried sick!! and since it's about 4 days before my period is suppose to start I'm hoping the box is very accurate and can detect it now....
So any input would be appreciated...

I'm not even considering kids now, but I love to come up with names! I love to read (see nickname) and thought it would be cool to name the middle name after something to do with books! Is this weird? OK.... I came up with:
BOY: Bradley Darcy- Darcy after Mr. Darcy in P&P. It never made sense to me to name a GIRL Darcy.
Owen Mitchell- Mitchell after an elementary school teacher who encouraged me to read some great books.
GIRL: Jade Sophie- After Sophie in The Da Vinci Code... LOVE that book!
Arielle *insert* here is where I am stuck. I can't decide on Raven, after my fave poet Poe, or Keira, after Knightley from my fave book-to-movie remake P&P. Some help! Which sounds better?

I think it's disgusting. Whenever she gets out of her chair, the top of her buttocks is exposed. It's definitely something I don't want to see. How common is this amongst those who are about to give birth? Sheesh.

Do you regret it? If yes, how often do you think about it? How long did it take you to get over it?*

*When I say "get over it" I don't mean that in a rude way.

Please don't answer and tell me that you think it's wrong or whatnot. I want to hear from people who can answer the actual question that I asked.

(Is there anyone else here who has ever had to give a spanking when babysitting)? Years ago when I babysat spanking was far more acceptable and more widely used than it is today, so I do remember having to give an occasional spanking every now and then, when at certain households while babysitting.
